Abstract: Stereo lithography apparatus is an advanced technology that uses photopolymers as the
raw materials from which the prototypes are built. The RP manufacture system uses lasers or
ultraviolet light to expose selectively the surface of the liquid resin and builds a three-dimensional
part according its CAD model in a layer-by-layer manner. The absorption of energy causes
photo-polymerization that changes the liquid resin into a solid, expanding the cured volume but
shrinking simultaneously. The primary reason for the volume distortion and deformation of the stereo
lithography apparatus part are the interlaminar stress generated by resin contraction. The volume
shrinkage and curl distortion of the resin will lead to poor accuracy of the built prototype because the
bending stress cannot be compensated for. Selecting a non-standard gear as experimental object and
manufactured in the SCPS350B rapid prototyping machine. Four kinds of scanning mode, includes
X-X mode, X-Y mode, XY mode and XY ST mode, are respectively carried out. From the results, it is
found that SLA parameters, i.e. scanning mode and scanning speed significantly affect the forming
precision of the prototype. The accuracy of the prototype with XYST mode is prior to the XY mode,
and the X-Y mode is prior to the X-X mode. With the lower scanning speed and surface recoating
process can further improve the finished precision.
Abstract: This paper addresses issues concerning industrial growth and industrial pollution
abatement in a developing region during the course of modernization. It follows the methodology of
ecosystems to preserve the clean fresh water and the environments around the Po Yang Lake area in
Jiangxi province where a state program has been recently approved for ecological experimentation.
Thus, economic development as a whole is featured in pollution limits and environmental
remediation in order to achieve dynamic ecological equilibrium and foster sustainable development.

Abstract: The parameters of paddy field straw reuse and leveling machine, such as the rotating angle
of leveling board, the force and placement angle of the ascend cylinder, were optimized in design.
The machine integrated the function of rotary tilling, breaking soil, cutting straw, burying straw and
leveling soil. It is applied to leveling soil and returning straw to field in paddy field mechanized
harvest, and it has many merits such as small working resistance, good burying straw, and leveling
soil effect etc. Experiment shows that it can directly return straw such as rice straw, wheat straw, and
high stubble to field in one time. It has strong ability to carry soil and slurry with no interference. It
ascends freely, and acts to respond quickly. It integrates three processes such as cutting straw,
breaking soil and leveling soil, which is an efficient technology to return straw in paddy field.
