The Covered Operation of Absolutely Grey Number and Grey Power Function

Absolutely grey number and grey function are important parts of grey mathemtics and the core is the covered operation. We defined absolutely grey number and proposed its covered operation, and the computational formula of grey power function is also obtained. The computable techniques may improve the human abilities to control the phenomenon of noise and vibration in real applications.
