Method for Construction of Forming Limit Diagram by Using Reference Mechanical Characteristics of the Metal

The method for construction of forming limit diagram can create without labor-intensive tests to construct this diagram by using reference mechanical characteristics of the metal. The method is based on the geometric failure criterion of without defects isotropic thin-sheet workpieces, and the properties of the strain hardening curves third kind. Simplify, construction of FLD-diagram without carrying out labor-intensive tests is the main advantage of the offered method.
