AlN can be synthesized by a variety of processing methods including carbothermal reduction of Al2O3, direct nitridation of Al, chemical vapor deposition (CVD), polymer pyrolysis, and arc plasma [2].

Introduction Starch-cadmium iodide methods used for oilfield sewage of polyacrylamide (HPAM) mass concentration analysis by SCOGGINS M W et al [1]for the first time,research indicates that adjustment buffer pH to 3.5 can eliminate interference a great quantity of Cl- in the sampe,in the buffer to add too much Al3+ can eliminate interference from Fe3+ and Bi3+ etc high cation.Junming Hu et al[2]choose the stable performance good soluble starch,iodine starch complex have the strongest absorption in the 590 nm place.The results showed that pH is between 3.7 and 4.5 absorbance changes smaller buffer pH adjustment to 4.0 advisable.Shiguang Yang et al[3]with NH4HF4-FeSO4 system instead of sodium formate also concentrate,measuring absorbance in the 420nm place,the method of measuring range from 0~6 mg/L expanded to 0~24 mg/L,and eliminate the absorbance with reduction reaction time increased and falling phenomenon。
