This positive effect was caused by the reduction in ash content, as confirmed by the observation that the dry base ash content of NaOHAC was much lower than that of CO2AC (4.9% < 55.8%).Given the abundance of silica in rice husk, the reduction in ash should be mainly owing to silica dissolution caused by the reaction nSiO2+2NaOH →Na2O∙nSiO2+H2O.
The adsorption data of NaOHAC shown in Fig.2 were analyzed using pseudo first-order model (Eq. 1), pseudo second-order model (Eq. 2) and intraparticle diffusion model (Eq. 3).
The adsorption data of NaOHAC shown in Fig. 3 were analyzed by Langmuir (Eq. 4), Freundlich (Eq. 5) and Tempkin isotherms (Eq. 6).

It is however clear that the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of diffraction
peaks for the NC sample is much broader due to its ultra-fine grain size, which was determined to
be ~ 40 nm using the XRD pattern processing and quantification program Jade 5.0 (Materials Data

The depression of the Nyquist semicircle with center under the real axis is typical for solid metal electrodes that show frequency dispersion of the impedance data.
Introduction of methionine into the acid corrodent led to an increase in Rct to 18.41 and 9.28 Ω-cm2 as well as a reduction of Qdl to 1.24 and 2.19 µΩ-1 s n cm-2 for both PC and NC samples respectively, indicating inhibition of the corrosion reaction.
(1c) Reduction in the number of defects has been shown to reduce the Fe dissolution rate by shifting the equilibrium of Eq. 1a to the left [23].
Inhibition efficiency, calculated from the polarization data by [ηI% = (1 - i'corr/ icorr) x 100], where i'corr and icorr are the corrosion current densities in the presence and absence of inhibitor, gave values of 54.8 % and 57.1 % for PC and NC respectively.

Observational data of long time-scale is available in this area for long time-scale research.
Comparing these data, these results may safely be drawn: Generally, the length is in a decreasing trend.
This means the reduction of river system’s length during these years is in general; however, fine adjustments exist among different levels.
The detailed data is listed in Table 3.
From 1960s to 1980s and then in 2009, the number of edges, vertices and vertices of different Di are gradually reducing and the reduction is more obvious in the later period.

There are no property data of nodular cast iron in
Deform-2D material database, so it is necessary to conduct high temperature test on its physical and
mechanical properties.
Data of the average cutting temperatures and the comparative errors listed in table.5 are all less than 10%.
This results the reduction of cutting heat and the drop of temperature on work surface.
That is the bigger the rake angle, the smaller the plastic distortion and results in the reduction of friction resistance to chip on rake face.

The results were compared to data from tests on specimens with these layers intact.
The data points represent an average over 5 parallel tests and the standard deviation in each point is indicated by an error bar.
The corresponding tensile test results for all the four alloys are summarized in Table 2 in terms yield stress, ultimate tensile stress, uniform strain, fracture strain, area reduction at fracture and r-value.
Table 2 Tensile properties for the different alloys: yield stress, ultimate tensile stress, uniform tensile strain, fracture strain, area reduction at fracture and r-value.

According to the coking theory
and using statistical data acquired from industry processes, a mathematical model is designed and a
rule model is proposed with qualitative knowledge derived from experts' experience.
It processed production data in real-time, intelligent control the amount of air-flue ration, controls coal gas totally burning as well as enables abolishing gas in the rational range.
Real-time data of production in coke oven are gathered by the system such as pressure, flow, calorific value and temperature of coal gas, water content, composition of heating gas and dynamic plan and so on, settlement value of controlled parameters is calculated through energy prediction model, namely the feedforward, then the value is transferred to the basic automated system to regulate.
The system has reduced the fluctuation of the whole temperature of the coke oven, the reduction of fluctuating with furnace temperature to a great extent, it is reduced the heat of supporting that the coke oven needs is also relative, so consumption of the blast furnace gas has reduced, energy is saved by 2%- 3% under the normal situation.

It is divided into three parts: refrigeration and heat pump system, water circulating system, and data acquisition system.
Data acquisition system: measuring ranges of instruments with uncertainties are listed in Table 2 Thermocouples are placed over the pipe surfaces and pressure transducers immersed in the inlet and outlet of each component.
s model was obtained by best fitting the experimental data of a CO2 compressor from Danfoss is suitable for RP>2.
The vapour superheat introduced by the IHX, besides causing a reduction of the CO2 mass flow rate, also increases the ideal specific compression work.
Thus two contrary affect the compressor power consumption, the reduction of the mass flow rate and the increment of the specific compression work, which can reduce or increase its value.

The material was then subjected to rolling to a 90% reduction.
inside the grains varied from dark to light within one grain and testifies about a high level of internal stress as confirmed by the azimuthal spreading of spots (Fig.1c) and X-ray data [9].
The experimental data showed that changing of the scheme of SPD deformation led to an increase of the strength characteristics of nickel.
Experimental data show, that the change of SPD scheme: ECAP → rolling and ECAP and rolling → HPT, leads to the formation of a new type of structure, additional microstructure refinement and an increase of structural uniformity.
An increase of pressure from 1.5 GPa at ECAP to 6 GPa at HPT leads to almost 4 fold reduction of grain size, when the structure with equiaxed grain with a size of 120 nm is formed after HPT.

DSC
data for an ECA processed Al-5052 alloy also shows an exothermic peak around 350°C which was
related to recrystallization [13].
The decrease in hardness in the initial stage is due to the reduction in precipitation hardening resulting from the dissolution of some of the fine GP zones and η'-phase which is evident by the DSC curve in Fig. 2 (effect I).
Overall, the data in Fig. 4a shows that ECAP has little influence on the hardness achieved after heating to elevated temperatures and subsequent ageing.
The initial hardness value of the as-received sample is higher than the ECA processed samples which is in good agreement with yield strength data [7].
Summary An Al-7034 and an Al-2024 alloy were processed by ECAP leading to a reduction of grain size to ~0.3-0.5 µm.
