In Fig. 3b, RDIF decreases as the Schottky surface ratio increased for both bulk and SmartSiCTM, with a notable reduction in resistance observed in hexagonal configurations.
For both samples, the data can be fitted using an exponential model (as observed for results in [8], cf.
Ref [8] bulk data are in agreement with the observed trend.
SmartSiCTM substrate enables further RDIF reduction without thinning.

Some of the reasons that influence demand growth include weight reduction, production gains (easier assembling), and more design flexibility.
The Young’s modulus and poisson’s ratio data were obtained from the supplier.
A significant increase in wear rate and large deviation of the data at the beginning of test was observed for all materials.
Thus the torque data could not be shown.
However, the incorporation of supporting ribs led to a very significant reduction in stress concentration.

The choice of a zirconium based intermediate layer follows from its ecologic sustainability - decreased water and energy consumption, vehicle weight reduction, and low byproduct generation during processing.
However, recent restrictions on the use of heavy metals associated with the need for energy saving and reduced environmental impact have led to the development of surface pretreatment solutions which minimize water and energy consumption, provide weight reduction, and decrease the process byproducts, without sacrificing the corrosion resistance behavior of these systems.
The RBS fitting data for condition 4 used an aluminum-to-oxygen atomic ratio of Al:O = 0,56, indicating the formation of a highly oxidized aluminum layer.

The images of scanning electron microscope reveal that particles of tungsten disulfide concentrating on the friction surface is likely responsible to a reduction in the coefficient of friction and increase the wear resistance of PTFE-based polymer composites with complex fillers.
WinXRD software (v. 2.0-6, ThermoFisher, Switzerland) was used for data analysis.
The reduction in the coefficient of friction and the increase in wear resistance when introducing WS2 in comparison with PCM containing only carbon fibers may be due to the formation of an easily sliding film on the friction surface.

The paper contains: problem definition, presentation of the measured data and the final analysis.
The main idea of PCA is to reduce dimensionality of a data set in which there are a large number of interrelated variables while retaining as much as possible of the variation present in the original data set.
Data set.
The projection of the data set into plane of the two most important PCA (Fig.3) factors shows three concentration of data being equivalent to the CA results identifying the same groups.
Data set.

The paper presents a structural analysis of the energy consumption of multi-story residential building, obtained based on analysis of the actual data flow and heat consumption, energy audits and data for assessing the state of the energy efficiency of residential buildings.
Data on building The object of study - nine-story, apartment, detached residential building.
The data presented on the internet on the day of measurement: wind South-East - 1.0 m/s, atmospheric pressure - 769 mm.
Thermal fieldwork in a residential room After conducting an energy audit and analysis of the data clearly shows the locations where residential house is leaking heat.
These data will identify measures to ensure compliance with the requirements of energy efficiency in reducing the indicators characterizing the specific value of the annual consumption of energy resources.

Because of the friction reduction is considered to be necessary for improved efficiency of machine.
The tests were performed three times in each condition and verified the validation of data but could not found any specific problems.
Fig. 4 shows the test data by applying Stribeck curve.

The simulation results showed that, in the presence of ambient noise level in the network, AODV and DSR protocols have a significant improvement in end-to-end delay reduction with 68.5 % for AODV and 86.8% for DSR respectively.
· Network Load: The total data traffic (bits/sec) received by the network layer from the higher MAC that is accepted and queued for transmission
Both protocols deliver a greater percentage of the originated data packet at low node mobility, with AODV routing protocol delivering 99% confidence interval as shown in Table 1 (AODV simulation statistics) while DSR routing protocol delivers at 98% confidence interval as shown in Table 2 (DSR simulation statistics).

This paper researched on four different types cars, analyzing interior noise at the same speed under different points, the same point different speeds and the same car different speed different points, it is concluded that family car interior noise distribution law; Through analysis noise spectrum curve which can get the main frequency band, that may provide theoretical basis for automotive noise reduction.
In order to guarantee experimental data stability, each speed acquisition three times.
The basic data of B method is one-third octave band, introducing critical band on ear masking effect modification, applicable to free field or diffusion sound field calculation.B method loudness model reflects ear’s auditory system selection characteristics to sound frequency, when considering frequency masking to introduce critical band and critical band rate.

It was very sensitive to some factors as temperature , settlement etc so that the arch bridges occurred the disease, carrying capacity reduction or even structure destruction etc.In the paper, based on the characteristics of masonry arch bridges, reinforcement method was analyzed, according to the situation of a masonry arch bridge, release energy method was applied to strengthening project.
The design and construction information can not be obtained; the data of the bridge were measured on site.
Old arch bridge was reinforced by releasing energy to get the corresponding results. 1) Test load chosen for the bridge meet with test requirements, comparable to the original design loads, load efficiency reached more than 0.90, and the data were reliable. 2) The Stress and the strain from the arch foot to the arch crown were decreased gradually.
