In order to increase laser processing efficiency and quality, acquiring some shape data of the work piece is essential and these robot systems can be more and more robust.
The laser hardening process is shown in figure 2, part surface point cloud data is obtained by 3D measurement system, and then the part model is reconstructed from the point cloud data in reverse engineering and imported into the path planner to do path planning and generating robot programs, as well as simulating and optimizing instructions in ROBOGUIDE, in the end, program is downloaded to robot controller, accomplishing hardening process.
According to FANUC robot language format, a conversion program based on Mathematica6.0 is developed which can automatically convert the data into robot motion commands.

This paper introduces a grey correlation model for forecasting the influencing factors of urban road traffic accidents, which assumes the traffic system as a dynamic uncertain system and computes the correlation degree of macro influencing factors of traffic accidents for reference and theoretical guidance of accident prevention and reduction.
Grey Correlation Model The method of grey correlation analysis proposed by the gray system theory is not limited to some conditions, and can find out the correlation in the random sequence of factors to be analyzed and studied in incomplete information through certain data processing, discover the principal contradictions and main influencing factors.
Providing the dependent variable constitutes the reference sequence and independent variables form the comparative sequence (i=1,2,3…,n), the matrix formed by n+1 data sequences is as follows

Model aromatic compounds, such as naphthalene have been investigated in order to gain useful data for the reaction mechanisms of the carbonization process [3].
During the first scan from +1.2 V to -0.4 V there is a broad cathodic peak from 0.1 V up to -0.05 V, which is characteristic for Pt(IV) reduction.
The peaks at more negative potentials (-0.3 V) are due to the reduction of H + and adsorption of hydrogen atoms on the Pt clusters formed.
During the forward scan (+1.2 V to -0.4 V), there is an insignificant change in the slope of the cathodic curve, which is not enough evident in order to be attributed exclusively to the Pt(IV) reduction.
Currents corresponding to the reduction of oxygen groups will superpose the current for Pt deposition.

The disadvantage of this technology is in that the conditions of ingot crystallization predetermine its heterogeneity in composition and structural state - along walls of the mold the fine crystalline structure is formed due to the maximum overcooling, and in the zones under the conditions of less overcooling there is a possibility of their intense growth up to larger sizes due to reduction of amounts of crystallization grains.
In the formation of solidificated mass of the melt the atomization process significantly slowed, and the obtained powder particles have a heterogeneous composition, microstructure and the shape, leading to reduction of quality characteristics of the obtained powder and its mechanical properties.
The results obtained on the basis of experimental data are shown in Fig. 2, from which it follows that for each angular speed of the electrode rotation, under otherwise equal process conditions, there is a maximum amount of powder of a certain size.
In addition, such system provides increased productivity of the installation and stability of the tungsten carbide atomization process, reduction of gas saturation of the billets, that increases the stability of the parameters of the process ofbillets atomizatiom; - availabilityin the design of rotation mechanism of the special holder for atomization of billet, provides reduction of dynamic loads on the billetduring it ratation at high speed, and ultimately the probability of its destruction during atomization; - there is a possibility of maintenance of the plasmatron without depressurization of the operating chamber, which minimizes the time on its maintenance service, promotes ecological compatibility, performance of the powder atomization process and economic efficiency of the atomization process; - for protection of mechanisms of rotation and movement of the billet from abrasionweraunder the action of the solid powder particles, and to improve the operating resource of the mechanisms
In addition, such original design provides considerable reduction of temperature of operation of moving units and mechanisms, which also significantly increases their operational life; - to achieve high performance and automation of the atomization process the installation uses a special cassette for accumulation of billets providing stable uninterrupted supply of billets for atomization in an amount up to 100 items, and non-stop operation of the installation within several 8-hour shifts (a few working days).
