Monocrystalline silicon is typical of hard brittle materials, a high surface quality can be obtained in ductile-regime cutting.
The availability of high-precision turning machines is a basic requirement for ductile machining of brittle materials, so require a large amount investment or even not be able to be reached.

Batch materials from several suppliers were used for glass synthesis.
We suppose that this discrepancy between data of different authors may be caused as by difference in the batch materials quality as by the different synthesis conditions.
The objective of present research is to choose optimal synthesis condition for As-Se glasses with the use of different batch materials.
To decrease the impurity oxygen content heat treatment of the batch starting materials before their weighting and of batch in silica ampoule before sealing are very useful.

The article analyzed modern trends in mechanical engineering technology, especially focused on methods of software control of the accuracy of machining processes through technological primitives, which was first introduced into technological science by the author of the article.
One of the most modern directions in this context is the 7D design technology. 7D holographic technologies determine the azimuths of the future development of the economy, science, education, business, telecommunications, healthcare, defense industry, etc.
The advantages of additive technologies over traditional technologies are undeniable, it is enough to indicate that 75% of the raw materials can be saved using AF technologies.
