The use of materials based on zirconium dioxide is in the focus of science [5], since they almost don‘t harden and if assessing technical ceramics and crystals, they have the highest resistance to cracking and aggressive conditions, so nano-structured crystals of partly stabilized zirconium dioxide have a unique combination of technological and hardness characteristics [6, 7].
