In recent years natural polymer materials has been used in the removal of heavy metal ions in waste water [2-3].
Cellulose ion-exchange fiber is a new and efficient adsorption materials, is one of the hot spots in the study of adsorption materials.
The advantages of this approach are polymer ready-made frame, low prices for raw materials, ingredients, simple synthesis step, so it is much concern by researchers.

Compared to conventional turning (CT), this technique allows significant improvements in processing hard-to-cut materials, by producing a noticeable decrease in cutting forces and a superior surface finish.
