An emerging ferroelectric material today is Barium strontium titanate (BaxSr1-xTiO3) [2].
The BaxSr1-xTiO3 solution was prepared with barium acetate, strontium acetate and titanium (IV) isopropoxide used as starting materials using the sol-gel method.
