Besides, in the homogeneously catalyzed processes, the reaction products usually contain only 40-60% monoglycerides, due to di- and tri-glyceride side products formation and unreacted raw materials, which leads to darkness, high viscosity and greatly difficult purification [14-15].
This is due to the low concentration of two kinds of raw materials in the later stage and prolonging the reaction timewould enhanceside reactions.
