Abstract.
Experimental Materials. 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT, C.R., Suzhou Yacoo Chemical Reagent Corporation), p-toluene sulfonic acid sodium salt (NaTos, A.R., Tianjin Guangfu Fine Chemical Research Institute.
This result indicates that doping of PEDOT with dyes at different electropolymerization times can change the electrochromic color of pure PEDOT, which will enrich the color-change range of electrochromic materials.
As now well known, switching speed of electrochromic materials can be influenced by the diffusion of the doping ionic, the thickness and morphology of the deposited electrochromism layer and the electroactivity of the film[14].

Oxygen also permeates the coating while ionic materials are leached from the substrate or from the coating and these all concentrate to make an electrochemical corrosion cell beneath the blister.

The present traditonal fatigue crack propagation model is proposed by Paris and Erdogan, its basic form is:
(1)
Among which:
· da/ dN stands for fatigue crack propagation ratio;
· C and m are material constants about crack growth rate and can be obtained by small standard fatigue specimens, while value of the C and m of the common steel structure materials Q235, 16Mn have been obtained by experiment;
