Most cold forging die insert materials are powder sintered tungsten steel materials, which can hardly bear the circumferential tension and stress that the die insert longitudinal fracture is easily caused.
Vazquez et al. [1,2] compared cold forging dies between tungsten steel inserting the die and separating the inserted die with the finite element software DEFORM and the effects of materials on the die service life in 2000, intending to look for the best approach to enhance the die service life.
Fig. 1 shows the 6 stages for hexagon flange nuts, including the working of die, punch, and forging workpiece and the relative positions (Fig. 2); and, the materials and characteristics are described as below (Table 1).

The city ecological system includes not only biological factors (plants, animal, bacillus, epiphyte, and virus) and non-biological factors (light, heat, water, and atmosphere), but also human factor, and social and economical factor, and these factors form an interior associated whole by the energy flow, chemical circulation of biological earth, and materials supply and waste disposal system.

There have been achievements using this type of method to solve plane elasticity issues with complex defects, namely, articles [1-6] which applied such method to address crack problems of elliptical holes, double-crack problems of elliptical holes, four-edge crack problems of round holes, periodic radial cracks of circular holes, star-crack problems, circular holes with k radial edge cracks, and so on; but achievements that used this method to solve complex defect problems in quasicrystal materials are still relatively scarce.
The quasicrystal is a condensed matter newly discovered in 1984.[7] As a new functional material, and structural material, the quasicrystal has extensive application aspects; its mathematical elastic mechanics as well as defect mechanics has been the research objective of many mathematicians.
