Introduction
Chromate salt and chromium metal are important materials, which play the great role in industries.
EXPERIMENTAL Materials and equipment.
Tow kinds of materials are industrial waste, whose cost are cheap very much.
The products can also be used for raw materials of building and refractory.
Refractory materials,1998,32(4):195~197 [13] Ji Zhu.

When material is exposed to focused UV laser pulses, the energy of the pulse is absorbed in a thin layer of materials, due to the short wavelength of UV light.
For materials of low absorption coefficient, numerous laser pulses must be absorbed before any ablation occurs.

The strongest peak at 27.41° for g-C3N4 is a characteristic interlayer stacking peak of aromatic systems, indexed as the (002) peak for graphitic materials.
N1s peak at 399.2 eV is indicative of C-NB2 groups as demonstrated in graphite-like BCN materials[9].
