To control the real-time temperature at the cutting end of the metal-framework rubber sealing strip when it’s being machined, a 1-D heat transfer model is created according to the shape parameters and material parameters of the sealing strip.
Experimental Procedure The cutting experiment is preceded with the cutting tool’s material being tungsten carbide, the metal-framework’s material being C45, the cutting speed being 20 m/s, the cutting depth being 0.45 µm, and the circumstance temperature being 31.5 o C.

Secondly, the lightweight model with maintenance order information is generated with planning, annotating and simulating the disassembly and assembly process, and other materials such as picture, animation are generated too.
Thirdly, all maintenance materials are inserted into the card template to generate the job card file.

Introduction Polycrystalline Ni-Zn ferrites have been extensively studied owing to their large magnetic permeability, high resistivity and high curie temperature which make these ferrites excellent materials for power transformers in electronic and telecommunication application [1].
Starting materials used were reagent grade oxides NiO, ZnO and Fe2O3.

Self-repairing microcapsule was produced by means of one step in-site polymerization with the shell material of urea-formaldehyde and core material of epoxy resin.
A nano test system manufactured by Micro Materials of UK was used for the nanoindentation testing, which is a pendulum-based depth sensing system, with the sample mounted vertically and the load applied electromagnetically as show schematically in Fig.1.
It can be seen that the shell material behaves as a non-linear viscoelastic material under the function of nano probe and low load which different from the macroscopical performance.
