Abstract.
Producer services classification and data sources: Based on the criteria for the classification of industry and industry classification of Statistical Yearbook data collection for the historical changes, this paper uses the Beijing Academy of Social Sciences for the classification of producer services.
In addition, science and technology level, education level and government support are the most important factors that affect the efficiency of producer services in western region at the present stage.

The customers can access to the sever cutter technique parameter planning software, the material information, machine tool information, tool information and cutter feeding data base via internet.
Users provide tool material, workpiece material, workpiece rigidity, workpiece heat treatment condition, and cutting depth, then inquire corresponding cutting speed and cutting value.
Then based on technique parameter and workpiece material mechanical parameter the cutting force and cutting power is decided to judge that it vibrate or not and to forecast the distortion error by cutting.
The information integrity can be implemented by PC network information share, so the manufacture unit application including manufacture system, material managing system can be united.
