Abstract: Using the finite element software ANSYS to establish thermal-structure coupling model of copper cooling stave.
In the finite element model, consider the copper stave, inlaid bricks and copper pipe as a continuum, but defines its material properties respectively in the process of computing.
For the rolled copper stave, copper pipe will be set to the same kind of material.

The formation of the project entity by a collection of a large number of labor and raw materials, whether sufficient labor and raw materials resources , plays a crucial role in the project construction schedule.
Different schedule result in different resource requirements, the most ideal state is based on the general construction progress plan configuration suitable for labor and materials, when the total duration of the project to determine the basic, project managers hope resources supply according to the general construction plan as far as possible equilibrium.

Abstract.
However, equiaxed grains were exhibited through annealing, there was lattice dislocation at the grain boundaries, hindering materials’ plastic deformation, making materials’ hardness increase[11].All mentioned above made the hardness of TO1 and TO2 states higher than O states.

Introduction
Iron-based composites reinforced with hard ceramic particles are a new class of advanced materials proposed mainly as wear-resistant parts.
As a result, there has much difference for the surface generation mechanism and morphology of this composite compared with that of ordinary monolithic metallic materials.

Introduction
With the development of science and technology and the improvement of industrial automation, especially the extension of the scope of electromagnetic technology, large-scale electrical components and electrical equipments are growing needed in industrial application, and the friction are served in the electromagnetic conditions [1-2].
Since the majority of friction pairs materials are magnetic steel in actual working condition, so many features of steel materials will be changed under the effect of magnetic field [3-4],such as increasing the adsorption capacity and oxidation capacity to wear debris, as well as improving the strength of magnetic material and so on [5].The temperature and the normal pressure between friction pairs are important working conditions parameters in the research, but the study on the normal load effect on the temperature rise is rare.
