Early removal template support system Design and make the manufacture of fittings welded to the material with Q235. φ48 pipe wall thickness 3.0 or 3.5mm steel pipe which is formed on top of the bar in the early removal system.
Concrete is an unevenness brittle material, its tensile strength is low, when the contraction reaches a certain level, the shrinkage stress is greater than the tensile strength of concrete it will crack.

Introduction In north China, the production of narrow strip at a factory often appear quality objection, on the main defects of narrow strip steel performance for parts peeling, the analysis is mainly caused by inclusions in steel, so make system analysis to raw materials of steel Q195 production process and the slab of T[O], [N] content, microscopic inclusions content .

Before the grouting, dirt and loose materials around the cracks on the concrete surfaces should be removed with wire brush, hairbrush and air compressor and 10 cm wide range of the cracks should be cleaned with acetone; to embed the grout nipple, the embedding interval should between 200~300mm and the nipple should be buried at where the cracks are wide and the cracks cross cracks; every crack should be set with grout nipple and discharge port for the grout smoothly fill in the cracks; epoxy resin mortar should be adopted to seal the cracks.

The Simulation Analysis of Temperature Effects on System Performance of Silicon Micro-Gyroscope Yunpeng Deng1,2,a,Bo Yang 1,2,b*, Xingjun Wang1,2,c and Bo Dai1,2,d 1School of Instrument Science & Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing 210096, P.R.
The characteristics of small size ,light weight ,high reliability and low cost have allowed the silicon micro-gyroscope to find a place in many fields[1,2].The precision and stability of micro-gyroscopes are prone to be affected by the material, manufacturing technology and temperature of ambient environment [3,4,5].This paper will mainly discuss the effects of temperature variation on the system performance.

The blast proof film (mask material) used in our system is UV-curable resin.
It projects fine abrasive ceramic particles at high speed from a nozzle onto a glass substrate, to create cracking, and removes materials that have become brittle.
