Abstract.
Materials and methods Bacterial Strain Streptococcus equi SH-0 was preserved by Key Laboratory of Tropical Biological Resources of Ministry of Education, Hainan University, as a freeze-dried culture in ampoules and maintained at 4°C.

In order to use yeast , several strains of high yield of ethanol Saccharomyces cerevisiae are separated through experimental, choosing one strain which has unique taste in fermentation, another strain has strong ability of alcohol tolerance, the two strain are used to make protoplasts, which lay the foundation for use the two yeasts in the further[2].
1.material and method
1.1 material Strain: the yeast from isolation ,the NO. is T67, T13 .
