For most of the metals and alloys, the flow stress increases with the increase of strain rate, exhibiting the strain rate strengthening effect, while some materials exhibit strain rate weakening effect [4].
The split Hopkinson bar apparatus is widely used in testing the dynamic mechanical characteristics of materials.
This phenomenon is consistent with the conventional metal materials due to its strain rate strengthening effect.

The advantages of ferrites that compare favorably with other materials are magnetic resistance [3-5].
Now, the task is to obtain new materials with a spinel structure with superior properties.
