Introduction Recent improvements in silicon carbide (SiC) technology enabled industrial application of this widebandgap material with outstanding physical and chemical properties for fabrication of high temperature and high power devices.
Radiation induced point defects are then of key importance since they are produced both during device processing (ion implantation) and device operation (e.g. by cosmic rays).
to an intrinsic acceptorlike defect which appears at low concentrations in as-grown material and is enhanced by irradiation [2].

The synthetic evaluation method of quayside container crane selection for container terminal Wei Yan1, Xiaolong Fang1,a and Houjun Lu1,b 1Container Supply Chain Engineering Research Center, SHMTU, Shanghai, China, 201306 afangxiaolongshmtu@126.com, bsmulhj@126.com Keywords: quayside container cane, type selection, evaluation index, fuzzy AHP Abstract.
This paper calculates and chooses the key technical parameters of QCC such as hoisting weight, overhangdistance, lifting height, mechanismoperationspeed and acceleration and deceleration time, meanwhile discusses the factors that related to the selection proposal of QCC, then it gives the index system and weight of the selection proposal of QCC, uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the different projects of the selection proposal, in the end it analyses sensitivity of different factors on the evaluation results.
The factors that influence the selection proposal of QCC mainly include product performance, reliability, safety, purchased parts and raw materials.

Its guiding ideology is sustainable development, and the core is to establish a new partnership, and to constitute a comprehensive cooperation team between the various stakeholders, such as the owners, prospecting and design units, contractors, supervision units, materials and equipment suppliers and users.
The key to the whole team cost management method based on the theory of partnership is to determine the whole team cooperative facilitator.
