The dynamic characteristics of the transmission tower-line system under the icing condition play an important role to against the vibration caused by wind or earthquake, the natural vibration period of which is the key dynamic characteristics, so it has very important significance to research the dynamic characteristics in order to against the wind and seismic.

The inertia navigation system studied in this article used as the position and direction system of an on-vehicle missile launcher; the whole system includes: laser gyroscope, platform, vibration isolation system, rotation system, measuring and control system etc. in which laser gyro is the key sensor component, which measuring the relative angle speed between sensitive platform and inertia space [2].
According to the structure character, we selected 8 nodes element Solid45 and 20 nodes element Solid 95; material is ductile cast iron; E = 2×1011N/m2; poisson's ratio is 0.3.
