Abstract.
As a result, heat treatment can serve to improve the natural quality and properties of the wood such as dimensional stability and resistance to bio-corrosion and equip the wood material with new properties[3-5].
However, heat treatment generally causes a apparent decrease in wood mechanical properties due to the material loses in cell wall, hemicellulose degradation and the modification of long chain molecules[6-7].

Abstract.Hemicellulose is generally considered a negative factor for enzymatic cellulose hydrolysis, but it was proved to be a positive one for the enzymatic action of delignified pulp in this study.
Materials and Methods A.Cellulase, yeast and substrates Freeze-dried Trichoderma viride cellulase, with its filter paper activity (FPA): 600 IU/g, β-glucosidase activity: 110 IU/g and hemicellulase activity: 9.6×104 IU/g, respectively, was purchased from Shanghai Lizudongfeng Biotechnology Ltd.
Ethanol yield during normal SSF process and URS-SSF process. -■- Control, -●- URS-SSF process Further Discussion The phenomenon hemicellulose is positive for cellulose SSF found in this experiment may be studied for other cellulosic materials or cellulose bioconversion process.

Here, for the purpose, we have used molecular dynamics (MD) simulation based on the Rosato-Guillope-Legrand (RGL)[11] potential in the NPT (constant number of particles–pressure–temperature) ensemble using the large-scale atomic/molecular massively parallel simulation software Material Explorer.
Because full icosahedral clusters (Voronoi index <0,0,12,0>) is the most stable and dense structure in the glass matrix[18,19], the FI cluster is used as the key indicator of the glass structure in deformation progress.

The mechanical response of materials or structures during the explosion process is complex.
Some optical methods can conduct full-field deformation measurement under dynamic loading, which is helpful to understand the transient response of materials or structures under blast loading.

This
requirement is not met in case of some industrial machines (e.g. in power engineering) while the
excitation related to rotating elements significantly worsen the accuracy of modal models estimated
by means of the OMA methods as well as the modal filtration effects.
