Based on the analysis of load transfer mechanism of steel web, several assumptions considered are as follows: (1) the steel web only bears the shear force; (2) the shear stresses in the steel web are uniform; (3) the steel web is considered as the elastic-perfectly plastic material.

Faults in EHSS cover a wide range, from component failure and fluid contamination to pipe leakage and material wear [1], it’s difficult to carry out fault diagnosis relying on human experience , so a great deal of work has been carried out on the development of intelligent fault diagnosis system for EHSS.
The key contribution of this paper is a hybrid model that parameterizes faults in EHSS is introduced.
