Domestic construction science of Russia is also studying the problem of PPP, as it is evidenced by numerous publications in domestic and foreign professional publications, as well as dissertational research ([18-24] and others).
The round tables identified and formulated the reasons for the future development of the IT-industry, for which government support is required: ● imperfection of the legislative framework in the field of state regulation and state support of the interactive technologies industry (in particular in the construction industry); ● lack of state support for IT-programs domestic producers in engineering and education, in particular, developers of educational resources devoted to the history and prospects for the development of the construction industry in Russia, based on Russian scientific and technical sources and innovative materials, organisational solutions and technologies used in domestic construction building production; ● a generally low level of mass vocational education in open areas of management; ● inadequate assistance of the RF state authorities in developing a balanced policy in the regulation of the IT-industry relations between market participants, professional and expert communities

As a result, many studies have been conducted to assess the forming limit curve (FLC) of tested materials experimentally and theoretically.
Fig. 3 shows the experimental stress-strain curve for the tested materials.
According to this figure, the FLCs predicted by the NADDRG equation are overestimated for all examined materials.
It can be applied to estimate the FLC for other industrial materials with ease.

Aperture size impact resistance which the airflow producing sound wave through the material holes produced and impact the size of rigidity of sandwich panels.
At the same time, the aperture size of sound panel increases, resistance which airflow producing sound wave through the material holes produced decreases, energy loss decreases, frequency response sensitivity increases.
Increase the thickness of the material, the effect of sound absorption was improved obviously at the low frequency [11].

Decoration materials, kitchenware, detergent, disinfectant, gas heater, mosquito-repellent incense, cigarette, kitchen oil fume , all of which will release formaldehyde, benzene, methylbenzene , dimethylbenzene, acetic ether, vinyl chloride, ammonia, nicotine, carbon monoxide, nitric oxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide etc.
Construction materials: e.g. granite, marble, cement, enameled bricks contain radioactive elements, radium, thorium, uranium and their decaying product—radon, which can influence the hematopoietic function of human body; to induce teratogenicity, and finally to lead to leukemia.
If we want to improve or control the serious pollution, the comprehensive prevention and control should be taken. [7]If we want to eliminate the pollution completely, we have to control the air pollution source, correctly choose the construction and decoration materials, improve the indoor ventilation, ventilate or air the room and value the cleaning environment, etc.

The Bayesian Linear Regression Model has been successfully utilized in surface roughness prediction of machined materials other than RSA-443.
Furthermore, the application of the hybrid model to other fields and materials has been recommended.
(2) Materials and Method Three control variables (cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut) have been selected prior to designing the experiment.

Introduction The service life and durability of concrete structures are strongly depended on its material transport properties, such as permeability, strength, and diffusivity which are controlled by the microstructural characteristics [1].
