Abstract: From the points of view of air compressor output pressure, by-pass pipe booster control modes and adjustable Laval nozzle of carbon black dense pneumatic conveying, the feasibility and quantity of energy saving of carbon black pneumatic conveying are analyzed. Several effective energy saving schemes of carbon black conveying are proposed. Then, industrial scale tests based on these schemes were carried out. By analyzing the data, energy saving of carbon black pneumatic conveying is calculated.

Abstract: The relationship between the input and output (displacement of adjusting lever and air flow) of adjustable LAVAL nozzle is deduced. In the pneumatic conveying condition, finite element analysis to adjustable LAVAL nozzle is simulated, and its steady-flow effect is proved. Experiments show the adjustable LAVAL nozzle is energy-saving, can improve the quality of conveyed material, and reduce percentage of damage.

Abstract: This thesis presents one kind of new moulding technology of screw drill stator bushing--one-step injection moulding technology, based on which the one-step injection moulding equipment is developed. In the meantime, the compounding to produce screw drill stator bushing is proposed. Experiment on this equipment and the compounding proved this equipment has energy-saving, room-saving, structure-compacting, and low labor-consuming qualities. Moreover, the products have higher density, longer service life, and lower rejection ratio.
