Abstract: Different clustering methods featuring varied principles needed being comparatively opted. Clustering effect estimation coefficient was adopted to highway transportation research, and the best one out of clustering methods was evaluated as well as chose after comparing their findings. True as empirical analyses prove, this method is simple yet feasible, and its results are in accordance with the real conditions as well.

Abstract: The introduction of the thought of supply chain management into the construction industry can improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the integration of both the effect of the supply chain as well as supply chain management and the actual situation, this paper analyzed the necessity of the construction and implementation of supply chain management of the construction enterprise. Compared with the supply chain of manufacturing industry, we found it feasible to implement supply chain management in the construction industry and analyzed the obstacles in it. Finally, it pointed out that the clustering of construction materials, information technology, business process reengineering, outsourcing of projects logistics and so on were the basis of constructing supply chain management of the construction enterprise, and accordingly the joint-design supply chain model of the project cost-oriented and the responsiveness-oriented was established.

Abstract: Accurately defining the radiation scope of the logistics park is the basis of the rational planning of the logistics park as well as further improvement of the regional logistics efficiency, but currently there is still a lack of scientific and systematical theory focusing on the research of defining the radiation scope of the logistics park. Therefore the concept of ‘hinterland’ was introduced into the research of the radiation scope of the logistics park, and the concept of ‘logistics park hinterland’ was particularly proposed. Subsequently, based on the Voronoi diagram theory in computational geometry which reflects the advantage of the continuity of space division, and by introducing the ‘scale’ parameter in the breaking-point model into weighted Voronoi diagram, the model based on weighted Voronoi diagram to define the logistics park hinterland was built. Finally, this model was practically applied to the planning example of ‘Four logistics centers’ of Chengdu, and also by means of GIS software the respective hinterlands of ‘Four logistics centers’ of Chengdu were defined. It practically proves that this model overcomes the shortcomings existing in the conventional single space division theories and methods such as the breaking-point model and the ordinary Voronoi diagram theory, which makes the definition of the logistics park hinterland more reasonable and scientific.

Abstract: So far, most of the existing researches regard the key elements of the regional logistics capability as an isolated object and neglect the logical relationship and interdependence among links of regional logistics development’s process. This will slow down the developing speed of the regional logistics. Considering the impelling and linking relationship between the evaluation, prediction and planning of the regional logistics capability, this paper, guiding by the idea “integration”, studies the definition, the main participants, the goal and the key elements of the regional logistics capability, and then proposes that the result of evaluation and prediction as well as the implement measures of planning should be one-to-one correspondence with each key element.
