Abstract: Spatial multiplexing in the multi-user MIMO downlink allows each user in the system to receive multiple data subchannels simultaneously using the same time and spectral resources. In this paper, a successive iterative optimal algorithm based on signal-to-leakage-and-noise-ratio (SLNR) maximization algorithm is proposed, which make use of the unused subspace of some known users to improve the space gain of the other users and has no strict constraint on transmit and receive antennas numbers. According to the simulation results, the proposed algorithm outperforms the original SLNR algorithm, and has a considerable improvement in the system performance.

Abstract: Analyzing the typical management pattern of agricultural produce logistics, this paper discovered that the dominant of the pattern and got more profit because of the information fully. In view of this status quo, the agricultural products logistics management pattern based on information center was built. The advantages of the pattern were explained. The pattern was demonstrated by the orange logistics management pattern based on information share,the result showed that the pattern is effective and practicable.

Abstract: With the development of society and economy, taxi service requirement is increasing, but the taxi traditional operation mode depending on chance has the obvious shortage, such as vehicle low efficiency, low customer service level, high empty driving rate, high fuel consumption, which already became an urgent problem to be solved for taxi management department. By the technology integration of the vehicle location, in-vehicle equipment, communication network and data platform, the Tele-taxi mode can realize the information linking and business coordination between the passengers and taxis.

Abstract: This paper describes a prototype system based on floating taxi for traffic condition identification. The system consists of in-vehicle hardware units placed in floating taxi and backstage database that process all data send from the report units. The communication between the taxi and the database center is based on a very compact wireless communication protocol. The taxi sample size is decided by the variables: section traffic information update cycle, data sampling interval, section covering ratio. The test in a road section showed that the system is operational which could offer useful reference for urban traffic management and resident trips decision.

Abstract: This paper put forward the principal and index of ERP. After the analysis of present ERP selection method and the character of ERP selection, the cone-ratio C2WH model, which preference cone is constructed with AHP method, is valid in ERP selection. Numerical example shows the effectiveness of such model used in ERP selection.

Abstract: On the basis of the study on the expressway management business flow as well as the SOA architecture concept, this paper designs the overall framework for a systematical expressway management information platform, which includes network of 3 levels, grading processing, comprehensive monitoring, comprehensive information application management, web portal and security system, and then designs the overall technical frame of this platform. Road administration is the core part of highway administration and the concentrated reflection of external highway administrative management. In addition to the approval of highway property, construction, maintenance and management, its main contents also involve the highway maintenance, highway entrance fee management and other road maintenance. It covers a wide range and there is so much information of deferent types to be processed and used. Although domestic and foreign roads and road administration departments have some information management systems in use, some are special highway road administration information systems[1,2], and some are highway comprehensive information management systems[3], the integrated comprehensive highway information management contents are lack of research, and the professional, comprehensive, open road administration information platform has not been established yet. Therefore, the author conducted the design of constructing advanced road administration information platform structure. This platform uses the service oriented architecture (SOA), integrates advanced information network technology, data communications monitoring and transmission technology, electronic control technology, computer processing technique with 3S, PDA and other advanced technologies, so that it is effectively integrated and used in the highway information management. The construction of the platform will realize the effective and scientific management for highways business, ensuring that the highways are unblocked, and maintaining the road property and rights of highways, thus promoting the development of the industrial management information.
