Abstract: The filling process of plastic precise gear is simulated by CAE software and the factors that influence injection molding accuracy in single cavity mold are discussed in this paper. With the assistant of visualization technology, the mechanism of filling unbalance which influences efficient injection molding was especially studied. The model of filling unbalance was supposed that was verified experimentally by visualization technique. It is clarified that the mechanism of filling unbalance results from dissymmetrical temperature distribution on the cross-section of runner, which is strongly influenced by the shear heat and the cooling process in the runner. At the same time, a new method was proposed for improving the filling imbalance by applying appropriate injection molding process without any changes in runner shape of multi-cavity mold.

Abstract: This paper introduces the basic theory and significance to study injection molding defects. By virtue of the visualization experimental equipments, generation processes of several typical defects are directly observed and recorded. The generation mechanism of these defects is analyzed. Finally future study plan is advanced.

Abstract: Prepared Tanshinone IIA lipid microspere and evaluated its physicochemical properties in vitro and pharmacodynamics properties in vivo. Particle size, zeta potential, entrapment efficiency, quantitative determination and stability of Tan-IIA-LM with different dilution medium were investigated respectively by Dynamic Light Scattering, HPLC and Sephadex G-50 Microcolumn, and osmotic pressure and solution pH of Tan-IIA-LM were measured to evaluate the preparation comprehensively. Further more, comparative study of protection on focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats between Tan-IIA-LM and STS was studied.The results showed that average particle size was 203nm, zeta potential was-36.10 mV, content was 0.8mg·mL-1, entrapment efficiency was 93% and the Tan-IIA-LM which was diluted by 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5.0% glucose injection were stable within 6 hours. Tan-IIA-LM had obvious protection on focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats.

Abstract: The express delivery industry of China is relatively backward in the automation degree of critical business processes. The basic reason is that the business-related supporting data, which is scattered in the multidimensional space, is difficult to utilize and process. This paper proposes an automatic data acquisition framework to resolve such difficulty, which synthetically utilize intelligent inernet of things (IoT), semantic web and complext event processing (CEP) technology. We also implement a SCEP prototype system with the capability of real-time detecting complex business events on the goods sorting line, which adopts a detection method consisting of four stages. The simulation results show that the system has good performance and feasible enough to deal with the complex business which need data support from multidimensional space.

Abstract: A kind of convenience route to prepare In2S3 nanorods was introduced. In the pyridine solvothermal system, In (acac)3 was used as the indium source, lauryl mercaptan as the sulfur source. The formation mechanism of the nanorods was proposed and photoluminescence property was also detected.
