Abstract: We introduce the high smart pressure sensor’s hardware-circuit design which based on Ultra-Low Power MSP430 MCU, analyze the BP network algorithm in temperature compensation to deal with the pressure sensor’s temperature drift, and collect pressure sensor’s temperature and pressure signals by MCU for offline training in BP network. The result shows that the MSP430 MCU can reduce system power and its rich exterior equipments can reduce the size of pressure sensor, the accuracy is improved by BP network algorithm, zero drift and time drift are best controlled.

Abstract: For rapid detection of defects, this paper selected by the grid method in the whole image defect in the area, and then use the grid template to a defect in the image area can not be narrowed down to so far, and there is only a small area defect image processing. Detection of small defects in the fabric, through the Wavelet transform and other image enhancement comparison and the fabric defect detection experiment found that wavelet transform for image enhancement characteristics of a local image enhancement processing, can achieve better detection of weak targets the effect of small fabric defect detection to improve accuracy and efficiency, real time, to achieve rapid industrial fabric defect detection requirements.

Abstract: The basic conception of DirectShow is introduced, to conquer the limitation of the major capture plans that the picture forms obtained from different device that are difficult to deal with, by the filter graph is built, a design scheme of video capture software system based on DirectShow is presented, which is based on Windows and give supports to different drive models and different interface ; the structure of the software is discussed, software has reusability .Test results show that the system can run steadily and reliably, and has the characteristics of real time ,high quality of the video stream; the system is flexible and expansive.

Abstract: Combining with the function and characteristics of the PXA320, In view of the current existing problems of the handheld devices power and demand of high-end hand-held devices market.Design a scalable application platform for embedded general-purpose handheld devices based on PXA320 processor. First, introduces the system's hardware platform, optimizing the external interface circuit, and then discusses the software architecture of Linux operating system, On this basis, testing the data of core board by developed the corresponding application, the results show that: this platform has good reliability, stability and maintainability and provide powerful support for the development of high-end handheld device.

Abstract: The form and function of the handheld devices is variety. Each product will need to develop a new re-development, even if the feature is very close. We propose a scalable handheld devices design scheme based on PXA322 embedded processor, describe the handheld devices’ each hardware circuit interface module in detail, include: the handheld devices’ basic system module formed by the CPU(PXA322), SDRAM and FLASH; the communication system interface module formed by DM9000 etc; human-computer interaction interface module; power management module etc, and we also complete the corresponding operating system migration and the system’s functional integrity testing work on the hardware system. The board has a high versatility, the cutting of its hardware and software is flexible, it also increases the development efficiency of the handheld devices.

Abstract: We introduce the high smart pressure sensor’s hardware-circuit design based on Ultra-Low Power MSP430 MCU, the BP network algorithm in temperature compensation because of the pressure sensor’s temperature drift is analyzed, and the collected values of MPM280’s temperature and pressure signals with MCU are used in 4-layer BP network for offline training. We express the suited network module by C language program, and analyze the software-implemented method. The result shows that the MSP430 MCU can reduce system power and its rich exterior equipments can reduce the size of pressure sensor, the training of BP network by use of digital A/D value of MCU conversion reduces the error, the pressure sensor’s precision is improved by BP network, the precision is 0.1%.
