Abstract: Combining with production features of the machining shop in small and medium manufacturing enterprises and difficulties in their information construction, we studied deeply on the scheduling model suitable for complex information environment of the machining shop, and established the job planning and scheduling system model. The hybrid modeling method of UML and IDEF was adopted to describe the architecture of the job planning and scheduling system in machining shop. IDEF, which has good flexibility and logic, is used to describe the system's functions and needs, and then express an implementation scheme that can meet the needs and realize the functions. At the same time, UML is utilized to reflect the chronological relationship of the interaction between functional objects. From the perspectives of structure, function, information and control, both of the above advantages are combined to establish the flexible and reusable model for job planning and scheduling system in machining shop.

Abstract: It is provided that when a machine has some thin-walled monolithic structure parts, It can improve equipment stiffness, reduce the weight of the equipment, greatly reducing equipment parts number. But, the casting property of the thin-walled monolithic structure parts are very bad, at the same time, those parts may have a warp in machining processes. So, to a thin-walled monolithic structure part of an important machine, nondestructive inspection should be carried out before assembly. The machine typically was designed to detect if a plate part has some imperfections. The machine includes control system built with SIEMENS CPU224 programmable logic controller (PLC), hydraulic driving system and the ultrasonic detection, etc. The prototype built can detect a key part before assembled, which is used in military, high pressure vessel and huge bridge.

Abstract: Nondestructive inspection should be carried out before a shaft-tube-like part of an important machine assembly. The Ultrasonic Detection Machine was typically designed to detect if a shaft-tube-like part has some imperfection. There are three work posts in this equipment, they work continuously. This approach makes it very easy to split up a complex transformation into a series of simple transformations arranged in a pipeline. The machine includes control system built with SIEMENS CPU224 programmable logic controller (PLC), hydraulic driving system and the ultrasonic detection. Practices show that the prototype built can detect a key part quickly and efficiently before assembled, which is used in military, high pressure vessel, aerospace field and huge bridge, etc.

Abstract: This paper introduces the craft process and work principle of the quartz crystal tin dipping machine, and pays attention to elaborate the design content of pneumatic system and control system. The equipments control cores are Siemens small size PLC and industrial touch screen, and selects air cylinder and micro motor as the main executive components, which can guarantee the facilities reliability and flexibility, have strong anti-interference capability. Through long-term spot application, it indicates this tin dipping machine has stable operation, low failure rate and flexible and convenient operation.

Abstract: Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is one of the crucial technologies that realizing the information integration for the enterprise, and its function modeling is the base of MES design and implementation. Basis on the analysis of the business process in mechanical blanking workshop and the functional requirements of MES system, the IDEF0 method was adopted to construct the function model of MES system oriented to mechanical blanking workshop, and a detailed description of the function modules and their relationship was given, which laid the foundation for the software development of the MES system.

Abstract: The prototype can be produced from RP(Rapid Prototyping) technology directly by 3D data model, by dispersing and accumulating layer by layer principle, so the new product development cycle can be shortened greatly. RT (Rapid Tooling) technology is a new method and technology for rapid manufacturing mold, which is developed from RP technology. In this research, a rotary switch prototype was produced by laser stereolithography (SL) technology. Using the prototype as master pattern , a injection mold was made by metal casting method , using the composite composed of epoxy resin E51, aluminum powder, quartz powder , graphite and others, the manufacturing process was described in detail, and the ABS samples were successfully obtained through trial production in the injection molding machine.

Abstract: Rapid tooling developed from the rapid prototyping technology is a new method and technology of mold making, and this paper mainly studies the composite aluminum-filled epoxy (CAFÉ) mold,which is one of the rapid bridge toolings, applied to thermoforming of the plastic parts. The material formula of the CAFÉ mold with E51 as matrix is developed, and using the formula we have made the CAFÉ mold for the back shell of a cell phone charger, which is installed at the injection molding machine to do the test and finally successfully obtain the polypropylene sample. In addition, the process of making the CAFÉ mold is described in detail in the paper.

Abstract: The requirement of constructing the three-dimensional entity model for oral cavity teeth has been put forward to the research of the orthodontics based on rapid prototyping technology. This paper compares the merits and demerits of the CT scanning and the structured light scanning and finds a method of acquiring the digital model of oral cavity teeth based on the point cloud. Adopt the structured light scanning technology and 3DSS software to acquire the files of the point cloud data, and introduce the files into GeoMagic software. After processing the data files we obtain the high-quality digital model of oral cavity teeth. The optimal scheme and the processing procedure of the point cloud data in GeoMagic software are described in detail in the paper. In addition, we compare the final solid model and the point cloud data and analyses the errors.

Abstract: Reverse engineering technology and Laser scanning technology was used to obtain and establish the ideal digital dental mode and dental model with invisible appliance. To complete the Boolean subtraction between the dental model with invisible appliance and the ideal dental mode by the alignment marks designed in the guml, so that got the digital model of invisible appliance. Then the finite element model was established by the finite element analysis platform ANSYS. A more precise dentition finite element model of invisible appliance is established, which can reflect the real surface geometrical morphology of invisible appliance and its inhomogeneous thickness characteristics.
