Abstract: In this paper, MAS is used to model the framework of smart grid. Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) is one of the popular method in Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI) in the past years, which is a good tools to simulate and model the complex systems. Several MAS develop platforms are exist. Considering that JADE (Java Agent Development Framework) is one of the helpful and convenient developing environments of MAS, JADE is adapted to develop smart grid control framework. In this paper, a suitable frame construction of the Multi-Agent Systems for the current power system is designed, which is applied to the smart grid with excellent adaptability and flexibility.

Abstract: Collaborative manufacturing is gaining more and more popularity in the dynamic and global market environment, as raises the requirement of a platform to support the remote resource utilization and distributed process integration for the operation and management of collaborative manufacturing. This paper combines agent and grid workflow technology to construct an integrated application service platform for collaborative manufacturing of discrete part. The grid service is used to encapsulate technological resources to be accessible remotely, while the agent technology is integrated with grid service to encapsulate resources such as machine tools which require local human operation. Grid workflow is applied to model and enact the overall manufacturing process and invoke appropriate grid services dynamically so that manufacturing tasks can be executed in a controlled and distributed manner. Issues of system framework, resource encapsulation and process enactment are discussed, and a case study is present to demonstrate the feasibility.

Abstract: Distributed routing can find multicast tree and adapt to dynamic changes of multicast members in case of acknowledge local network state. Majority of current distributed multicast routing algorithms based on the shortest delay, which can achieve load balance large additional overhead. The paper presented a kind of load balance multicast routing algorithm based on distributed computation and centralized control. It reside computation Agent in each node to compute forward probability and to maintain node routing table, node state table and forwarding probability table. In addition, it can detect delay of adjacent nodes and coordinate session establishment based on the copy, parameter transmission and notification of control Agent. On this basis, the algorithm achieved dynamically joins and leave session of multicast members. Algorithm analysis results show that the algorithm can improve the overall efficiency of network transmission.

Abstract: RFID middleware plays an important role in extracting information from RFID reader and sending them to the terminal server. Although the traditional middleware technique solution of RFID can ensure the continuous operation of the system, the cost is too much CPU working load and serious waste of physical resources. The Agent that has played a central role in many application fields can also provide non-centralized and adaptive solutions for load balancing. The paper presented a RFID middleware load balancing method based on Agent according to characteristics of RFID middleware and designed adaptive load allocation algorithm. Two kinds of agents were design, namely information collection Agent and load balancing Agent, to collaborate to complete corresponding strategies of load balancing.

Abstract: In order to improve the user’s experience in using mobile applications, a layered context-aware agent for mobile applications was proposed based on user’s needs hierarchy. In the proposed model, the layers were employed to distinguish different types of needs in the hierarchy and the priority of different layers was used to determine the time for showing the recommendation information. At first, the agent framework was proposed. And then, based on the proposed framework, the layered context-aware agent was developed based on the Maslow’s theory. At last, an experiment was conducted on the comparison between two methods of the random model and the proposed layered model for sending recommendation messages. And the result verified that the proposed agent was effective.

Abstract: In this paper, a clustering protocol for Embedded Agent sensor network is proposed. In LEACH protocol, the selection probability P of candidate cluster head is constant without thinking about residual energy, which caused the lower residual energy easy to be the candidate cluster head. Compared with traditional structure of wireless sensor network, parameter was optimized. The confidence of the node, select probability and residual energy are the parameter of candidate cluster head, communication cost as the parameter of final cluster node. Compared with LEACH and ASCH, EACA take more parameters than LEACH. Results show that EACA can balance the energy load in the network, and effectively reduce more energy consumption.

Abstract: The concept of agent and multi-agent was introduced. The agent structure, negotiation strategies, and the negotiation mechanism were also researched. Based multi-agent, an automated negotiation method for bilateral contracts is proposed, which can efficiently carry out multilateral negotiations with multi-attributes in distributed environments. This framework supports efficiently multilateral negotiation. In the end, the negotiation is conducted and demonstrated that multi-agent can improve negotiation efficiency by saving negotiation time and cost.

Abstract: Many issues such as low accuracy rate, poor filtration efficiency, and too much network resource occupancy exist in most information filtering systems in the current market. Therefore, there is a great demand to develop a new network filtering system. In this paper, agent techniques are first reviewed, and then the architecture and the working mechanism of a multiagent-based information filtering system is presented. Finally, the design method for core components of the system is given.

Abstract: In order to take exploratory well, production well ( development well), and reservoir p-retection into account. Multi-functional treatment agent used in drilling fluid and completion flui-d which called MFA-1 has been successfully developed by the equilibrium principle of dispersion and accumulation. The result shows that MFA-1 is fluorescenceless and low (no)toxicity. Also, it has many perfect properties such as filtration reducing, lubrication, anti-collapsing, plugging, re-servoir protection, strong anti-temperature (>150°C) ,strong anti-salt,ect. Its whole effect is bett-er than sulphonating asphalts HL-Ⅱ and SAS.So MFA-1 is a good succedaneum of sulphonating asphalts.In more than 20 wells of Tarim Oilfield,drilling fluid and completion fluid which prepared with MFA-1 has been successfully used to solve many problems. Such as drill pipe sticking w-hile testing and the underground complex incidents,ect. As a result,it takes good social benefits a-nd good economic benefits.
