Abstract: In order to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system, the faults must be found and eliminated promptly and accurately. Most of the faults of hydraulic system don’t happen suddenly. generally, there are signs such as noise, vibration, lash, pollution and leakage etc.. If these phenomena can be found, controlled and eliminated promptly and properly, the system faults can be reduced accordingly. This paper introduces several common faults of hydraulic system and the elimination methods. which the hydraulics technicians can refer to.

Abstract: Analyze the familiar failures and its elimination of hydraulic system which affect the processing precision of grinding machine. Find out mostly problems of the hydraulic system. Movable platform ‘crawl’; the velocity disaccord of the movable platform moving out and home; the rapidity falls short of theory value when the movable platform moves speediness; when the movable platform is being start-up or stop, it may rush ahead suddenly; the positions’ precision of the movable platform is affected by the three-position directional control valve. The temperature of oil is too high when the machine is working etc. Bring forward the method how to eliminate these failures. These can offer some reference for grinding machine on its design, use, maintenance etc.

Abstract: Based on the semi-static two compartment model, the bioconcentration and elimination of copper with tissues of Styela clava were investigated. The kinetic parameters (accumulation rate constant k1, elimination rate constant k2, bioconcentration factor BCF, biological half life t1/2 and maximum equilibrium concentration CAmax) were obtained by non-linear regression. The results showed S. clava could accumulate copper from the aquatic environment and that BCF decreased with increasing metal concentration in water. When the accumulation achieved balance, CAmax showed positive correlation to metal concentrations in water. Concentrations of copper in different tissues of S. clava were in the order of gonad > digestive gland ≈ other part >tunic, and t1/2 of copper was 12.57 to 38.18 days in elimination phase. The high rate to accumulate and eliminate copper from its body exhibited a useful potential biomonitor of short-term copper fluctuations status in marine system.

Abstract: This paper discusses the faults of master clutch,broken weft parking,broken weft or warp no-parking,miss operation,inadequate parking and thick-film circuit,and corresponding solutions are put forward:Check clutch and replace the bearings timely when clutch has abnormal sound;Check the brake angle frequently;Pay special attention to the quality of the beam and the original yarn;Enforce vigorously the quality of the main parts; The adjustment of the sensor angle is very important;The most intuitive feel of broken weft or warp no-parking is the faults of sensor;Miss operation of loom dues to the circuit board fault or other faults,regulating improper self-locking,the peripheral circuit,starting circuit fault is in unable to conduction state,or stop circuit fault is in the power state;Inadequate parking shall check the setting position of micro switch.

Abstract: This paper presents results of the microstructure characterization and evaluation of physical and mechanical properties of Al/SiCp composites intentionally containing the Al4C3 phase prepared by pressureless infiltration, as well as results of treating the composites by the hybrid system chemical vapor deposition (HYSYCVD) route using Na2SiF6 as solid precursor. It also contains thermodynamic feasibility calculations (using the HSC 6.1TM program) of possible reactions between the SiFx (x=1-4) gas species (produced during the thermal decomposition of Na2SiF6), Al4C3 and N2 in the atmosphere. The composites were fabricated using an L4 Taguchi experimental design, infiltrating SiCp porous preforms at 1100 and 1200 °C in ultra high purity (UHP) argon and nitrogen (ArN2) atmosphere for 90 and 120 min, with the Al-6Si-16Mg (wt. %) alloy. The specimens were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDS. Results show that the composites exhibit a surface hardness between 63.95 and 86.5 (HR30T) and Young´s modulus up to 118.2 GPa. Application of a post-processing stage by HYSYCVD led to the elimination of Al4C3 and the formation of a coating of stable phases on the composites surface. The experimental results confirm the thermodynamic feasibility of the proposed chemical reactions.

Abstract: Piggery wastewater includes a lot of hardly degradable pollutants, which are not well removed during treatment plants. In our study, a multi-stage wastewater treatment system was introduced, which contains liquid-solid separation, anaerobic fermentation, aerobic treatment, functional material filtration and oxidation processes. In RPAFR, the readily biodegradable organic matter was degraded, and the removal efficiency of COD and BOD5 reached 80%; but nitrogen and phosphorus could not be removed effectively. When MEOD and MFMI were operated to treat digested effluent, nitrogen and phosphorus were effectively removed. The removal of three kinds of antibiotics (FQs, SMs and TCs) in piggery wastewater treatment plants were detected, and for most antibiotics, more than 90% compounds were eliminated, but only few of them were totally removed in wastewater of final effluent. The weather also influenced the removal efficiency of DC, CIP and SMZ, which were better in autumn than spring, however, the whole trend of antibiotics elimination were similar in different weather. Different kinds of antibiotics residues in final effluent enhanced the ecological risk of environmental waters and human health.

Abstract: With the sustainable construction the emphasis is placed on energy savings, reducing of consumption of natural resources, extending of the life cycle of recycling, etc. The research has brought about a new material - thermal insulation composite material - which is formed by a combination of recycled polymers and inorganic fillers satisfying the condition of recyclability. Using this material in the solution to eliminate thermal bridge at the wall foot can reduce heat loss of the building.

Abstract: The image matching is key technology of image processing applied to many fields. Image matching based on invariant features was the hot spot in image matching research recently. SIFT is one of the most effective scale, rotation and illumination invariant features. However there are a lot of wrong match pairs produced by original SIFT algorithm. Two specific types of wrong matches are analyzed and corresponding eliminating methods are given. Aiming at general wrong matches eliminating, a method based on similar triangles is proposed. Experiments are carried out, and the results confirm that: compared with the art of state, the proposed method is faster; it can eliminate wrong matches cleanly and preserve correct matches as well.
