Abstract: The cooperation of I-U-R (Industry-University-Research) is a way that our country builds a market-oriented innovation system. Now, the base statement of China Industry-Education-Research is well, but there still has lots of influencing factor, such as power, the distribution of benefits, investment and financing, risk, policy and many other issues. The distribution of benefits is the most important problem which restricts Industry-Education-Research development. This article attempts to construct long-term stability of Cooperative mechanism in order to promote research cooperation, technological innovation and co-ordinate regional resource.

Abstract: Polymer, a flexible material that can be engineered and long-term stabilized, is a promising material that is readily formed into planar waveguide structures in integrated-optical devices implemented in optical systems for (tele-)communications applications. First, the general required properties of a passive polymeric waveguide material operated at the telecommunication wavelength of 1.55 m are studied, followed by a discussion on how to engineer polymers to meet requirements of specific applications. Several engineered and tested polymers were chosen to evaluate against the ideal passive polymeric waveguide material.

Abstract: In this work, large area SiC BJTs with good long-term stability in 1000 hrs DC stress tests are demonstrated. It is also illustrated how wafer scanning techniques can be used to reject BJT dies with basal plane dislocations, thereby eliminating the risk for bipolar degradation.

Abstract: Exploring the structure-property relationships is a fundamental but significant work for the design of new molecular. Rationaly designing of electrochromic materials that can switch rapidly and durably requires sophisticated understanding of the correlations between molecular structure and the performance. This work presents four electro-polymerizable metallosupramolecular coordinations self-assembled from triphenylamine-based terpyridine ligands and metal ions (Fe2+, Ru2+). The polymerized metal complexes can exhibit reversible change of the metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) absorption intensity. Along with the increase of voltage, the intensity of MLCT absorption peaks gradually reduced to disappear. Structure/performance correlations in electrochromic performance, especially the influence of different ligands and metal ions upon the coloration efficiency have been discussed.

Abstract: For more authentic comparison of Schottky parameters between combined sputter (Ti/Ni/Au) and diffusion welded (DW) Al contact and direct DW Al contact to SiC the forward current-voltage characteristics were measured at the temperature range 293-473 K on full-packed 0.3 cm2 Schottky diodes. Surprising fact was discovered that the temperature behaviour of parameters remains of the same character for both kind of contacts but for the combined sputter- DW samples the values of parameters is much closer in magnitude to sputter contacts. Apparently, chemical treatment before the DW process preserves untouched the contact surface layer formed by annealing of initial sputter metallization of the chips (e.g. Ni2Si, Ti3SiC2), and this layer serves as barrier during diffusion welding. In the second part of the work we give the results on long-term reliability testing where through the SiC Schottky diode with the DW Al contacts during 300 hr has been passed constant forward stabilized current of 100 A/cm2 density. The primary and final values of Uf for DW Schottky contact have not changed during the test.

Abstract: In order to study the deformation mechanism of the weak layer in diabase dikes under long-term loading at a hydropower dam foundation, in situ plate loading tests were performed. A damage creep model which improved the five-parameter generalized Kelvin model was established to describe the creep behavior of the weak layer. In this model, the deterioration effect of the rock parameters is considered and the creep parameters of the rock deteriorate gradually. This model is applied in a slope design for a dam foundation at a hydropower station. Long-term stability of the slope after excavation is evaluated. It shows that when damage creep is considered, the displacement is larger compared with the case of ignoring damage creep. The study shows that the deterioration effect of the rock parameters is of full importance for the project design and construction safety.

Abstract: Resistivity oil-water interface imager ( well to ERT ) is applied to the remaining oil in mining, according to water and oil interfacial resistivity changes to determine the fracture trend, and for the remaining oil exploitation to provide technical supports. In order to realise long-term telluric recordings correctly, and through receive cable, NI acquisition card, and ultimately sent back to the receiver, and have good resistance matching to the next step of data processing. Electrodes is one of measuring some physical quantities to distinguish the ability to directly determine the accuracy and reliability of the inversion. The use of very stable electrodes is necessary.
