Abstract: The basic mechanical properties of RAP used as semi-rigid cement stabilized macadam base were researched. To add fiber to improve the crack resistance of the cement stable macadam mixture, reduce pavement reflection crack. Sixteen groups orthogonal experiment were arranged by the factors as cement, fiber, waste asphalt concrete and fly ash, the unconfined compression test, split test and drying shrinkage experiment were carried out. The results showed that the effect of the factors on the sensitivity of unconfined compression strength is obviously different, and from large to small order is cement, fly ash, fiber, waste asphalt concrete. RAP fiber cement stabilized macadam can satisfied with the strength requriments of base and subbase of all levels of the road. It should set cement and fly ash as the main control factors in the optimization design of RAP fiber cement stabilized macadam.

Abstract: With the goal of exploring the impact of pavement structure parameters on load stress of super-thick cement concrete pavement, this paper, based on the Quanxing freeway in Guangxi, analyzes the load stress in the situation of the separated type and combined type contact between the cement concrete slab and the lean concrete base by using three-dimensional finite element model. Computational results show that the variation of different pavement structure parameters have various impacts on the load stress of super-thick cement concrete pavement. The load stress σc1 of super-thick cement concrete pavement slab declines with the increase of slab thickness h1 and base thickness h2 and decreases with the reduction of slab length L and the increases of base modulus E2 and subbase modulus Et. Among them, the variation of slab thickness h1 has the greatest impact on the pavement load stress. Thus, there is a quite obvious effect in reducing the pavement load stress by increasing the slab thickness.

Abstract: The rockfall trajectories are affected by many kinematic parameters. So it is very necessary to exactly analyze the sensitivity of rockfall kinematic parameters to the control indices for design of protective structures. In this paper, the kinematics combined with the orthogonal test is adopted to analyze the sensitivity of rockfall kinematic parameters. Taking the rockfall hazard near the DK27+120 section of the jing-ying expressway in china for example, three control indices are taken as the testing indices, and five kinematic parameters are taken as the testing factors. The orthogonal test table is used to design twenty-five kinds of schemes, and the numerical simulation tests of rockfall trajectories are carried out. The range analysis are performed to study the sensitivity of rockfall kinematic parameters, and then the main parameters influencing the control indices for design of protective structures are obtained, which provides scientific basis for the rockfall prevention in jing-ying expressway.

Abstract: The sensitivity analysis of the parameters is an essential part in the hydrological forecasting. In this paper, based on GLUE method and SMAR model, the scatters of likelihood values of nine parameters in both of Hanzhong and Mumahe basin can be generated. From the scatterplots of the parameters in SMAR model, the sensitivity of parameters can be determined by three levels that are non-sensitive level (LevelI), sensitive level (Level II) and basin-sensitive level (Level III). It is concluded that: the parameters of C, Z, Y, Kg belong to Level I; the parameter of K belongs to Level II; the parameters of H, T, G, N belong to Level III) . It indicates that the problem of redundant parameters exists in SMAR model.
