Abstract: Globular indexing CAM mechanism is a good indexing mechanism. As the working curve of CAM contour surface is no extending curved surface, there is certain difficulty to design processing. It is new kinds of design method that reverse engineering apply in rapid modeling of curved CAM. In this way, designer can complete curve of CAM reverse modeling, and the rationality of the model is verified. At the same time, it also can reverse modeling and the subsequent development of other products to provide a reference.

Abstract: We present a strategy to fabricate discrete Au nanorods (AuNRs) into controllable side-by-side (SS) and end-to-end (EE) assemblies through bio-recognition of h-IgG and anti-hIgG Fab. Due to anisotropic properties of AuNRs, bifunctional PEG (SH-PEG-COOH) with low concentration preferentially bound to the ends of AuNRs while high concentration and large amount resulted in binding on the side surfaces and then proteins were covalently conjugated to either surface through EDC/NHS. Thus, controllable SS and EE assembly of AuNRs were obtained through antibody-antigen recognition.

Abstract: In order to improve the efficiency of debugging and assembling optical fiber collimator and to facilitate mass production, Automatic assembly technology of optical fiber collimator was studied. A new method was proposed to assemble optical fiber collimator by detecting minimal receiving beam spot. First, the relation was analyzed between the detected spot radius and the distance from the emitting end to reception end according to Gaussian beam transmission theory. Then, an automation system was designed to detect the minimal receiving beam spot when the distance was suitable. The optical fiber collimator was successfully assembled after being fixed. Experimental results show that the coupling loss between two collimators is less than 0.53dB when the wavelength of the transmitting light is 1550nm and the distance between two collimators is less than 1 mm.

Abstract: On the basis of the traditional assemble method of components modular fixture, the establishment of a component-based modular fixture design method was proposed in the paper. First of all, the concept of modular fixture components was put forward, and then the components according to different functions were classified, and the relationship table between the components and elements were established. At last of this paper, the application of this method was introduced through an instance. While designing fixture for part family, this method can utmost save design time and minimize the quantity of disassembling of combined fixture element, reduce the wear and tear of components, and shortening the time of manufacturing.

Abstract: This article deploys an exploratory development of super rice High-performance transplanter transplanting mechanism with non-circular Gears by dint of rice transplanter transplanting mechanism analog machine accroding to pro/E software.This research is first to building a model of non-circular Gears designed by researcher before,and then assemble the whole to obtain the result of virtual manufacturing with non-circular Gears, and assemble it on the test machine of rice transplanter test machine ,also analysis the Kinematic Principle of Simulation result by pro/E software.Finally, make the motion trail conform to the agronomy requirement according to correcting and consummating the fember unqualified.

Abstract: Cobalt doped zinc oxide diluted magnetic semiconductors (DMSs) were assembled in MCM-41 template by sol-gel method. Samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), physisorption, as well as the magnetism measurement. It was found that the wurtzite symmetry of the MCM-41 pores was not changed while the pore diameter became smaller after the DMSs deposited into the pores. The Zn0.9Co0.1O-MCM-41 presents a superparamagnetic behavior between 80K and 300K, while Zn0.9TM0.1O-MCM-41 (TM=Mn, Fe, Ni) samples are paramagnetic at the same temperature range.
