Abstract: Introduced the Design and Implementation of fire monitor terminal base on the hardware platform of ARM. The image quality is improved with the use of CCD monitoring camera to capture image, and Pan/Tilt/Zoom are used to focus the fire area, enhance the accuracy of fire image recognition. This paper presents the system architecture and its functional characteristics. Emphasis is put on the hardware design of image capture and Pan/Tilt/Zoom control module. Finally, the software structure and implementation is described and the laboratory result is given. Compared with other similar image monitoring system, this system has the advantage of simple structure, high image quality, stable and reliable, feature-rich, etc.

Abstract: A method for analyzing the textural features of image is put forward by using the wavelet decomposition. That is used to measure color difference of ceramic tiles on-line. A linear array color CCD camera is used to grab the image of ceramic tiles, and then the image is pretreated. Two level wavelet decomposition is used on the ceramic tile image, and the energy feature of each sub-graph is extracted. The energy feature will be used as a feature matrix,and it can be carried out the classfication according to minimum distance classifier. It can reflect spatial relationship of color more effectively, when contrast with the color histogram, which is used as a traditional method. Experiments show that it is effective using wavelet analysis on image processing,and the sort results are approximately in accordance with the artificial detection.

Abstract: Head tracking technique plays an important role in the modern war. Because it is directly related to target capture rate. To adapt to rapid attitude position of the helmet, a novel real-time head tracking technology based on Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems inertial navigation system (MEMS-INS) and Charge Coupled Device (CCD) is put forward. This method not only considers the spatial limitations of the helmet, but also takes into account the complementarity between inertial method and optical method. Firstly, the fundamental principle of head attitude measurement based on MEMS-INS/CCD is introduced. The state space model of the helmet attitude measurement is then built. In the end, feasibility of this method is validated by simulation. Simulation results show that head misalignment angle error can be estimated and reaches anticipated precision2 in 10 seconds. The helmet real-time tracking can be completed.

Abstract: To quantitatively detect the on-site test of the content of clenbuterol in pork, a photoelectric apparatus for the colloidal gold test to detect clenbuterol was developed based on green LED and linear CCD. This design method could realize a semi-quantitative analysis of clenbuterol concentrations ranging from 0 to 1 ng/ml. Such an apparatus could promote an integrated approach to the management of the community food safety

Abstract: China has over one hundred of glass production lines, which are about 200 meter. It can produce different kinds of sheet glass. When changing the thickness of class, it will take a long time to regulate the productive method. If the thickness of glass brand is not stable, it will result in great waste. However, if we can detect the glass thickness in the hot side of the tinbath or annealing kiln and provide the data in time, we can shorten the time and reduce the cost. Our research project adopts laser trigonometry displacement measure theory in the hot side of annealing kiln to make sensibility of the reaction signal low and noise loud at the surface of glass. Furthermore, we must use special methods to deal with the signal. Through the experimental validating and the data-analyzing, the theory and the method are feasible.The research in this field has great significance to improve our country’s glass production quality, cut down the production cost and lessen the waste of materials.

Abstract: The high resolution and wide measurement range are important for the displacement measurement based on the grating moiré fringe at present. 50lines/mm coarse grating scale is chosen often in order to carry out the wide range. Therefore, the realization of the high resolution is a difficult problem for coarse grating scale. The paper proposes a new nanometer subdivision method with CCD based on the disadvantages of previous moiré fringe collection method. CCD replaces the traditional photoelectric triode and converts moiré fringe to the pixels signal output, which can improve the moiré fringe quality of grating scale. The pixel is the basis unit of CCD; the pixel number decides directly the measurement resolution and precision. The paper chooses the liner array CCD TCD1501C that has 5000 pixel units and 7μm pixel unit,which ensures the nanometer resolution. The output signals of CCD are processed by amplifier, filter, 12 bit analog-digital converter and sent to the core processor of FPGA. The FPGA consisted of all digital system including CCD driver, subdivision, identification direction, displacement calculation, display and key control functions. The paper gave the principle of nanometer subdivision, block diagram of FPGA module and simulation waveforms.

Abstract: A system is put forward which can automatically measure focus and estimate whether the aerial camera is off-focus and the situation of the factual image plane is in the focus depth range or not. The principle, the hardware composition and the software design are discussed in detail. The system acquires examining-focus information with the optical collimate system, receives images information with CCD camera which can be regarded as optoelectric conversion apparatus, processes data with the center of gravity method, and realizes the axial flow of the CCD camera translation with the grating displacement sensor and the digital readout together. Then, the optimum image situation and the image size can be fixed on. The optimum image situation can be used to judge whether the camera is off-focus, and the image size can be used to calculate the focus. The accurate rate of examining focus can reach almost99.87% and the estimation of off-focus or not accords with experiment result of flight. Use this system, the focus of the lens and the situation of the actual image plane can be judged to accord with the technical standards or not, so that image of high quality can be get with aerial camera.

Abstract: Fabric shape style is one of the most important conditions in textile appearance evaluation, and also the main factor influences customer purchasing psychology. At first, the previous fabric shape style evaluation methods are classified and summarized, measurement and evaluation method discussed from tactic and dynamic aspects. Then, companied with computer vision principle, a non-contact method for measuring fabric shape style was put forward. In this method, two high-speed CCD cameras were used to capture fabric movement dynamically, fabric sequences image were obtained in this process. Used the image processing technology include pretreatment and feature point matching to get 3D motion parameters, it can provide data supports for shape style evaluation.

Abstract: Laser is widely used in angle measurements. This paper presents several frequently used methods of angle measurement that utilize laser, including:autocollimation angle measurement, angle measurement based on internal-reflection effect, laser interference angle measurement, angle measurement with ring laser and angle measurement with CCD. The principle, actualities, application situation, superiority and defects of each method are discussed.

Abstract: The CCD image sensor is set in the different production position, whose output signal is converted into digital signals to a dedicated image processing system by A/D. Using the image enhancement, smoothing, sharpening, segmentation, feature extraction, image recognition and understanding of digital image processing techniques,the system can identify the image, compare with feature information preservation, decide whether to enter the next process according to the similarity degree of alignment. Visual inspection having high precision, fast speed, working in the industrial field is stable and reliable, and improves the level of automation of production, make the products more competitive.
