Abstract: Eight sample clothing were designed and made in order to study on bias structure line design. The characteristics of the bias structure lines in clothing pattern making were analyzed and compared with conventional lines. The bias structure lines affected clothing girth and length, and the diagonal angle had direct proportional relationship with dart size. The waist line direction is changed to slant in bias structure line. A bias structure lines design method was summarized, and the detailed steps and methods were described.

Abstract: It is common sense that CAD has great significance in the lung nodule detection. But it is still controversial whether the CAD can also automatically differentiates between malignant and benign pulmonary nodules. The primary cause of this controversy is due to the subjective definition of 9 characteristics of nodules which are important basis of nodule identification. In other word, these characteristics are too dependent on the doctor scoring, and no objective standard of them has built which make these characteristics can be obtained by calculation.The main aim of this paper is to establish a quantitative method of the characteristics and refine these nine characteristics. This new method is used to find the objective replacement (a series features which can be measured through algorithms) of these subjective characteristics of the pulmonary nodule detection with Bayesian analysis.The experiment of our method proves that it is feasible to substitute the features of Pulmonary Nodule obtained by calculating for the characteristics of the nodule which only used to be gotten by the subjective judgment of doctors.

Abstract: Packaging plays an important role in decreasing the environmental impact and, simultaneously, improving well-being and safety of people. Due to a lack of time, ready-to-eat meal (RTE) offers more convenience choice to consumers than buying all ingredients and cooking at home. Thermoforming containers for RTE meals provides many packaging benefits such as protection and preservation, shelf life expansion, good appearance for display at point of purchase, convenience during transport and usage. However, thermoforming trays are made of plastic materials and are disposable packaging. This research project focuses on three parts: the study of the relationship between RTE food attributes and the structural packaging characteristics, the analysis of existing thermoforming structural design, and the synthesis of a new approach which takes the environmental impact into account for RTE packaging structures. The purposes of this research are (1) to investigate the technical design problems for these package’s structural characteristics by a thermoforming method, (2) to quantify the food packaging characteristics in relation to product attributes by using the perceptual mapping, as well as (3) to formulate a design guideline for the structural packaging characteristics which incorporates with the criterion of the environmental concern.

Abstract: In this paper, a numerical two-phase flow model combining with the Realizable k–ε turbulent model for compressible viscous fluid is presented for the computation of water drop falling characteristics; and the equations are solved with the finite volume method. The free fluid surface is simulated by the VOF method. A multigrid technique based on the full approximation storage (FAS) scheme is employed to accelerate the numerical convergence. The numerical results for water drop suggest that this basic model can be used to study violent aerated flows, especially by providing fast qualitative estimates.

Abstract: The study and selection of heavy metal hyperaccumulation and its planting methods and a rapid and efficient elimination of heavy metals in the contaminated environment are important research focuses to deal with the restoration and controlling of heavy metal contaminated environment. This experiment aims to explore the accumulation and accumulation characteristics of Cd on Hibiscus esulentus L in the simulation heavy metal contaminated environment achieved by pot cultivating techniques. To this end, different concentrations of heavy metal CdSO4 were used as treatment. The results indicated that with increase of the concentration of CdSO4, the accumulation of Cd in Hibiscus esulentus L was increased. When the treatment concentration of CdSO4 was at its highest (100mg/Kg), the accumulation of Cd on the above ground was 0.498mg/gDW, the highest, and that under the ground was 0.117mg/gDW. In view that the relationship of Hibiscus esulentus L of its above ground part(S) and its underground part (R) is S/R>1, experimental evidence shows that it has the basic characteristic of Cd hyperaccumulation.

Abstract: Micro-polymer chemistry experiment teaching had such characteristics as using less reagents, less pollution and more portable in comparison with the conventional experiment, with the significant progress, more than thirty years ago. In China, Zhou Ninghuai and others firstly began to go on micro-scale experiment research and Professor Li Qingshan who brought this innovation to polymer organic synthesis experiment has done a lot of works in micro-polymer chemistry experiment teaching. To carry out the study of micro-polymer chemistry experiments not only accords with teaching methods and reform, but also conforms to the trend of the times of green chemistry. The research and application of micro-polymer chemistry experiment have broad prospects. The microscale chemistry experiment (ML) is developed from the idea of green chemistry and the prevention of chemical industry. Microscale chemistry presents a low-cost and green approach in the teaching of chemistry laboratory courses, so it’s the reform of traditional chemical methods. In micro-chemistry experiment, most of the raw materials are in the amount of quality 1g or volume of 1mL below, in line with famous micro-chemist Professor Ma Zusheng[1] (Prof • T. S. Ma), who put forward that "It is to use the chemical reagents as low as possible to obtain the necessary technology information in microscale chemical experiments". In contrast to conventional macroscale chemistry experiment, the micro-chemistry experiment can not only reduce the running cost of laboratory teaching, but also alleviate the potential hazard sassociated with chemistry experiments.

Abstract: This article is primarily for the research and analysis of demand for commercial service of urban community. First of all, it suggests the urgency and importance by redefining community’s connotation and function from the views of the development of society. Then through questionnaires we visited community residents in 18 districts of Tianjin, and finally sum up the essential characteristics and purchase predisposition of consumer of community commercial service.

Abstract: The construction of Marshal Zhang’ Mansion experienced three periods. A three-Courtyard was building from 1914 to 1918. Big-blue building was built in the early 1920s and Small-blue building was built before the early 1920s. Six red brick buildings were built after 1929. The three groups of buildings in the three periods condense that modern architectures how to evolve in Shenyang from 1912 to 1931,including of technology,material and style. Therefore, as long as we understand the developmental characteristics of buildings’ in Marshal Zhang’ Mansion, we can grasp the evolutionary law of modern architectures in Shenyang in this period. So Marshal Zhang’ Mansion has great significance to the architectural history in Shenyang.

Abstract: Photovoltaic (PV) system is one kind of important renewable energy source, the model of the PV is the most important component that affects the accuracy of simulation and control. An engineering method of modeling and simulation of photovoltaic is presented in this paper, the model need only some parameters that provide by the PV manufacture, it has a better commonality and it is simple and practicable.

Abstract: The bulk metallic glass has received much attention from scientist and engineer. In this paper, we fabricated metallic glass of Nd-based and carried out experimental research. This kind of metallic glass has shown a distinct glass transition and stable super-cooled liquid region. At the same time, we find the paramagnetic performance of Nd-based metallic glass is different from other hard magnetic alloys at ordinary temperature. The DSC experiment indicate that the glass transition temperature increase with the heating temperature.
