Abstract: Selection of five typical loess in Shanxi Province, the paper adopt the indoor test methods to prepares the different compaction and different moisture content specimens which were used to test CBR value and rebound module, analyzes the impact of compactness and moisture content on the CBR value and resilient modulus and establishes the relationship of CBR and moisture content. The result shows that the level of moisture content has great impact on CBR value and rebound module. The CBR value is maximal under optimum moisture content and maximum degree of compaction condition. The times of compaction have little effect on the improvement of CBR with increasing water content. The relationship of the soaking CBR,resilient modulus and the moisture content shows a certain regularity.Key words: Loess filler;the CBR;resilient modulus;compactness;moisture content;relationship

Abstract: The number of traffic accidents caused by ice and snow is generally three to four times higher than that in normal condition. In order to improve safety level when driving on ice and snow pavement, adhesion coefficient is a vital parameter need to be analyzed. The relations between adhesion coefficient and temperature, relative humidity, snow’s thickness, snow’s compactness were studied. And their relation models were established. These models may provide the basis for the road administration department to conduct traffic control decision-making according to the weather condition and the state of ice and snow.

Abstract: In order to study the applicability and strengthening effect of impact compaction technology in wetness and softness loess roadbed treatment, impact compaction technology was applied in ground treatment and layered filling roadbed compact of a freeway sub-grade construction, and compactness and settlement of the soil were also measured. Test results suggest: impact compaction technology can effectively apply to shallow wetness and softness loess roadbed treatment and the most effective depth is about 80cm, and this effect appears to increase with the impact compaction times and 30 impact compaction times is the most suitable. As regards the layered filling sub-grade, when the loose paving thickness is 40cm, compactness after 40 times compaction can satisfy specified demand. At the same time, combined with the test settlement, the control criterion of impact compaction quality is investigated.

Abstract: The application of Sea sand concrete, to solve the problem of affecting the durability become focus. Chlorine salt is sea sand concrete part. Based on cement, fly ash, sand, the desalination sea sand as experimental material. In were magnified 100 times, 1000 times and 8000 times of HCA0 (blending 0.01% chlorine ion without fly ash concrete), HCB0 (blending 0.03% chlorine ion), HCC0 (blending 0.06% chlorine ion) and HCD0 (blending 0. 1% chlorine ion) 28 days instar glue sand internal scanned , Using XRD analysis method, the chlorine salt to sea sand concrete microscopic morphology compactness was studied. The results of the study show that the microscopic morphology observation, chlorine salt to sea sand concrete compactness impact is not big, but chlorine salt can improve the compactness of concrete.

Abstract: This study proposes an approach to analysis the stresses distribution between the fitting roller and glass panel for a vertical panel attachment manufacture modulus under varied loading conditions as depicted in Figure 1. The fitted roller gabled with different rubber materials included Polchloroprene rubber (CR), nature robber (NR), and Polyurethane (PU), with the hardness 60, 70, 80 IRHD, respectively, The ANSYS and LS-DYNA software are adapted herein to simulate the contact stresses between fitted roller and glass panel. The external loading applied in rubber coated roller is from 1kg up to 5kg. The simulation results of the contact stresses, included pressure stresses and shear stresses, can understand how to achieve the uniform pressure situation between the fitted roller and the glass panel. Therefore, the compactness between the polarizer and the glass panel will reach perfect condition with no air bubbles left.

Abstract: Using the finite element method, influences of vehicle load, subgrade fillings and compactness on the subgrade work zone were analyzed, of which the traffic load impacts most. Considering the traffic and mechanical character of the subgrade, it is determined that the appropriate subgrade work zone depth of rural highway is 1.0m. As a result, applying proper work zone depth plays an important role in the construction cost of rural highway.

Abstract: In this paper, chip recycled pressing process (CRP for short), a new method for recycling magnesium alloy chips, was put forward to prepare semi-solid billet. AZ91D magnesium alloy chips of different sizes were respectively recycled to prepare semi-solid billet by CRP process. Effect of chip size on compactness, microstructure and oxidation of CRP billet were investigated. And then CRP billet were heated to semi-solid state and its semi-solid microstructures were studied. The results showed that with the increase of chip thickness, grain refinement effect weakened, deformation uniformity aggravated and oxygen content of CRP billet decreased. Under the same CRP process conditions, the relative densities of four kind of CRP billet were 98.27%, 98.13%, 98.05% and 97.92%, respectively. Meanwhile, there was no significant difference in compactness and microstructure between them. Normally, oxygen content was not more than 1.8% and uniformly dispersed in CRP billet. Hence, the influence of size and deformation inhomogeneity of chip on compactness and microstructure of CRP billet were eliminated via CRP process. In CRP billet, microstructure and strain were uniform and this inherited during semi-solid isothermal treatment.

Abstract: The effect of different curing time on internal structure of high-volume fly ash concrete with HCSA expansive agent is studied, and the analysis of that compactness and endurance of concrete could be improved by HCSA expansive agent which could fundamentally compact the internal structure of high-volume fly ash concrete is performed. The result shows that curing is beneficial to generation of ettringite and could accelerate hydration of concrete with expansive agent; the compactness of cured concrete with HCSA is better than which was not cured. The internal porosity was filled by expansive agent after hydration expansion, and concrete was more dense, leading to that the strength and durability of concrete improved.
