Abstract: During the Process of ASP Produced Fluid Treatment, a Considerable Amount of Chemical Agents Were Injected to the Production System due to Problems such as Heavy Emulsion, Scaling and Foaming, Etc. these Chemicals React on each other and Finally Coexist in the Produced Fluid. how about Compatibility between the Chemicals? Will they Strengthen or Weaken their Functions on each other? this Paper Has Confirmed the Effects and their Influences to the Produced Fluid through Lab Tests on Compatibility between Demulsifiers, Defoaming Agents and Proposed a Proper Concentration to Eliminate Influences Caused by the Uncompatibility. Therefore, it Reduces the Effect on the Water Quality.

Abstract: Focused on the produced flood of an ASP flooding zone in Daqing oilfield, an applied scaling inhibitor was researched on the compatibility with the oilfield chemical agents. By a series of lab tests, the compatibility with the chemical agents, including polyacrylamide (PAM), surfactant and demulsifier, are clearly exhibited. Based the data, the effect on the produced fluid treatment is discussed. And the injections of the chemical agents are suitably specified.

Abstract: Long Dong oil field located in the arid and semi-arid climate environment,as the oil extraction has been lasting for a long period,large amount of wellsite wastewater is produced without proper treatment and stored at the wellsite on long-term basis,which endangered the oil field environment.Focusing on the characteristic of Long Dong wellsite wastewater,conducting the experimental evaluation on treated wellsite wastewater reinjection based on the scaling prediction method,photo-extinction method and scale mass analysis.The evaluation process is standardized by scaling prediction,photo-extinction analysis and scale mass, meanwhile the removal effect of the key controlling factors like the medium particle size and SS of the treated water is detected as the research result shows.Wellsite wastewater treated by coagulation and filtration then supported by the advanced oxidation and membrane separation technology to intensify the size of tiny particles in wastewater.After the above process,the outflow may meet the "Recommended Clastic Rock Reservoir Water Injection Water Quality Index and Analysis Method "(SY/T5329-94 A1 standard) with good compatibility,and its ratio of treated water and reservoir water is 6:4 or8:2

Abstract: A theory for mathematical framework is developed with axioms for fatigue damage, quantification and relativity concept, boundary conditions, and compatibility, allowing us to evaluate the validity of candidate damage equations/quantities on S-N plane for prediction of fatigue life. Manifestation points for accumulated damage were defined for boundary conditions by differentiating between damage accumulated before failure, and failure caused by damage at quantised fatigue loading cycles. A selected damage equation leading to a theoretical S-N curve was validated as an example.

Abstract: Interaction between cement and a kind of sulfate compatible polycarboxylate type admixture (PCA) and action mechanism of the novel water reducer were investigated. Experimental results indicate that adsorption amount of PCA on surfaces of cement particles is lower than that of polynaphthalene sulfonate condensate water reducer (PNS) because of the formation of more ettringite and calcium monosulfoaluminate, and calcium monocarboaluminate when CaCO3 presents in hydration system, even at initial period of hydration. Results from XRD analysis, derivative thermogravimetric (DTG) analysis and chemical analysis all verify the benificial effect of sulfate compatible PCA on initial and early age hydration of C3A. An establishment of electrostatic repulsion by grafting SO3- in molecule structure of PCA may result in a more negative zeta potential in the dispersion system. The improved dispersibility and fluidity retention are the result of a combination action mechanism of electrostatic repulsion cooperating with steric hindrance, and the acceleration effect of sulfate compatible PCA on initial and early age formation of ettringite and AFm phase. A combined high range water reducer mainly consisting of sulfate compatible PCA and PNS was made up based on the experimental and theoretical investigation results.

Abstract: CFRP laminates are used for various aircraft structural components because of their good mechanical and physical properties. Metallic inserts are one kind of aerospace fasteners, which are usually installed in the metallic components by an interference fit. However, when metallic inserts are installed in the CFRP laminates by the traditional installing way, delamination and low efficiencies are troublesome. Therefore, excellent quality and cost effective installing metallic inserts into the CFRP laminates remains a challenge. In this paper, a series of experiments were carried out to study the compatibility for metallic inserts bonded into the CFRP laminates soaked in the aircraft fuel. The experimental results show that the push-out values and breakaway torque values of metallic inserts bonded in the CFRP laminates soaked in the fuel are not reduced compared with these values of sample was not prepared in that way.

Abstract: Existing conceptual design methods mainly focus on component modeling and representation, which makes them insufficient to help in the conceptual design stage. Port ontology, as an approach to formally expressing product design, has been effectively applied to concept description of a product. An incidence matrix support for product conceptual design based on port ontology is given in this paper. It formally represents and organizes product information in both functional ontology and physical domain in a hierarchy. Port compatibilities are used to map and link the two components. This makes it possible to build incidence matrix and decompose it into an independence matrix, and allow designers from different backgrounds with various interests to access the design ontology. A multilevel matrix is constructed to generate principle schemes of products at different levels of abstraction, which facilitates design decision-making through the whole conceptual design stage. A case study is also given to demonstrate the proposed approach.

Abstract: It has brought an attention to compatibility, which plays a key role in the development of high performance polymer alloy. This article mainly aims to give an overview of how reactive compabilizer apply to polymer alloy,such as External Reactive Compatibilizers, Blended-Component Functionalization, compatibilization change using ionomer in blends, Compatibilization on low molecular weight compound, and outlook of development in polymer alloy technology.

Abstract: In this paper, in order to discuss the compatibility of cement and different kinds of water reducers, three kinds of water reducers which were selected to use in the mix proportion of Jing Shi Special Passenger Line were chosen. Tests of cement paste and concrete of Portland cement (P∙O42.5) were carried out under different temperature, because this kind of cement is widely used in the current projects. Results show that polycarboxylic series water reducer, compared with naphthalene series water reducer, have properties of high compatibility, low mixing amount, high water-reducing rate and low slump loss of concrete. So it is more suitable to prepare concrete with fly ash and more beneficial to increase the strength of concrete.

Abstract: It is the largest specification effort ever in the history of PICMC association, which contains more than 100 companies participating, to work on ATCA technique. To be named as AdvancedTCA (ATCA), it is officially called PICMG 3.x protocol, which was stipulated by the PICMG organization in Dec, 2002. It is mainly targeted to achieve requirements for the next generation of "carrier grade" equipments, widely now used in telecommunication core or access networks [1].
