Abstract: Electromechanical products such as electrical toothbrushes and robots carry multitechnological characteristics, and functional operation of these systems is depended on the successful operation of all system components. There are interactions between electronic and mechanical components, software and other systems in complex products. These interactions such as heat, vibration, gravity, corrosion and electromagnetism can lead to functional and financial losses and failures of these kinds of products. The physical arrangement and mutual relation of subsystems and parts are very important to design reliable and robust systems. However, designing these products is complicated and time-consuming due to limitations on available expertise, tools, and methods. This paper presents a new product development approach proposed for integrating mechanical design with electronic design to improve design and manufacture of electromechanical products in terms of customer requirements, reliability, structural integrity, weight, cost and time. This approach has been implemented in a Delphi based environment integrated with a CAD system. It assists in evaluating complex systems as far as parts relation and their possible effects on each other, costs, weight and physical constraints are concerned in the early design process. This helps the designers to avoid design iterations, and minimize the likelihood of failures and rapidly develop reliable complex products subject to given constraints.

Abstract: The relay node placement in wireless sensor networks is usually constrained by physical factors, while most of present relay node placement approaches are unconstrained. To solve the problem, the paper presents a constrained relay node placement algorithm. Based on grid routing mechanism, the algorithm determines the grid intersections as candidates for the relay node locations, and places as fewer relay nodes as possible to assure the network connectivity. Consideration must be given to both the number of relay nodes and energy efficient, the paper uses the greedy norm and constrains to place relay nodes. By the analysis and study of the experiments, the performance of the proposed algorithm is more superior to the algorithm without constrains.

Abstract: The model of eccentric shaft of caster vibration device is built by finite element software ANSYS, and bearings are regarded as rigid constraints and elastic constraints.Firstly, regarding the bearings as rigid constraints, the nodes on the parts of eccentric shaft, which match with bearing,are exerted full constraints. Secondly, regarding bearings as elastic constraints, spring, which is built by elastic element combination 14, are used to replace the bearings. In addition, the full constraints are exerted on the one side of spring,and axial constraint are exerted on the other side. Afterwards make the modal analysis of eccentric shaft.Solve and extract the first six natural frequency and modal shape.Watch and analyse the breaking formal of eccentric shaft as it is in different mode. The basis are settled for instantaneous and harmonic analysis.

Abstract: A novel reliability calculation algorithm is developed and applied to a robust optimization of electromagnetic device with uncertain design variables taken into account. The proposed algorithm, to calculate the reliability of a given design, incorporates sensitivity analysis based on finite element method with Monte Carlo simulation (MCS) method so that it has higher numerical efficiency than conventional methods: MCS and first-order reliability methods. Through numerical examples, its applicability to a reliability-based robust optimal design of electromagnetic device is demonstrated.

Abstract: The paper proposes a new method for decoupling multivariable system based on generalized predictive control (GPC) with constrains. It is the main idea of proposed control method that the error weight can change with output deviation caused by reference changes in order to reduce interactions in the system and improve dynamic performance of coupling loops. With improved genetic algorithm to optimize the performance index of GPC, the algorithm is applied to auto shape control and auto gauge control (ASC-AGC). The simulation results demonstrate the efficiency and correctness of approach proposed.

Abstract: Hermite method and MPM method were studied. Multi-point machining constraints with the cutter tilting forward and backward were derived respectively. So the number of the solutions of the two Multi-point machining methods was doubled than before. To derive some general conclusions about solution areas of Multi-point machining constraints, structure of neighborhood region close to a given point on a surface was used to substitute the surface in the Multi-point machining error calculation. A computational example was also given in the paper. With the theoretical analyses and computational example, it was proved that, for an open and slightly curved surface machining with Multi-points method, without regard to interference, there were four branch areas satisfying Multi-point machining constraints and distributing radically nearby the first tangent contact points respectively on condition that the cutter was tilted forward or backward. And they extended basically in the directions along the principal curvatures at the first tangent contact point.

Abstract: Citizen widely and orderly participating in social and political life is the inevitable requirement of socialist democracy. And it is also one of the conditions of political development toward the track of modernization and democratization. China is in the initial stage of socialism, there are still many constraints in the political participation of citizens. Regarding this problem, we should view from political, economic, and cultural perspective etc. Only in this way, we can help expand the political participation of Chinese citizen, really promoting the construction of democratic politics.

Abstract: Enterprise Cluster is an effective way for the development of SMEs. Because the economic conditions and constraints are different in different countries and regions, the developing modes of SMEs’ cluster are also different. Only by identifying the constraints that affect the cluster development of the SMEs in Jilin Province can we select the appropriate developing mode of the SMEs’ cluster in Jilin province. This article made deep analysis on the constraints that affect the cluster development of SMEs in Jilin Province from multiple aspects. At last it put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the cluster development of the SMEs in Jilin Province

Abstract: The paper is focused on a numerical study of fracture test of quasi-brittle materials which is a combination of both the wedge splitting and the three-point bending configuration. Changes in some parameters of the test geometry lead to variations in constraint conditions at the crack tip, which affects the extent of the fracture process zone, i.e. the volume where the crucial processes, determining the possibility and extent of the failure take place. Differences indicated by the failure extents (expressed as the crack pattern) and stress distributions are plotted for several stages of loading for the proposed fracture test configurations.
