Abstract: This article use Automation Studio simulation software to make analysis on rib tube welding machine hydraulic system.Briefly introduces the software, theoretically analye welding machine hydraulic system, using software to make a detailed analysis on push (pull) acting hydraulic cylinder to push and pull two movements operation By analyzing the stable running speed, equal in size and opposite in direction which is consistent with reality step process.

Abstract: In this article, finned copper tube used in the central air conditioning was acted as the discussed object. According to the combination with actual processing and theoretical calculations, Five finned tube was selected with typical structural parameters, and established their entity model using Pro/E, then the heat transfer process of finned tube was simulated through the ANSYS, the effect of the fin height, fin thickness and other structure parameters to the heat transfer enhancement of finned tube was researched. Meantime the efficiency of the heat transfer under different convection heat transfer coefficient was also studied.

Abstract: Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler plays an important role in reducing the nitrogen oxides (NOx) emission of diesel engines. By using the CFDesign software, in this paper, the finite element models are established for analyzing the thermodynamic performance of an EGR cooler. The temperature, velocity and pressure fields of the fluids in the EGR cooler are simulated and verified. Based on these models, furthermore, the thermodynamic performance of the EGR cooler with different structures of cooling tube are analyzed, compared and discussed. The results show that, under the fixed pressure boundary conditions, the EGR cooling efficiency can be significantly increased by properly design the fin number of the cooling tube in EGR coolers.
