Abstract: Preliminary results of 150mm SiC 4H 4°off have been obtained with the new 150mm automatic horizontal hot wall reactor PE1O6, using chlorinated chemistry (SiHCl3 + C2H4). A new injection system has been tested in two configurations and results will be shown in this paper. AFM surface roughness measurements and epi defect density have been reported.

Abstract: Wonorejo waters have a significant value, both economically and socially. One of ecosystem that have close relationships with Wonorejo waters is Estuary. Temperature and salinity have role in water circulation, where the water circulation have impact to some organism distribution and pollutant dispersion. The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristic of temperature and salinity distribution in Wonorejo Estuary body’s water. Furthermore, it can be used for determining the type of Wonorejo Estuary. The observation has been done at Wonorejo Estuary in August 2015 to measure the vertical and horizontal temperature and salinity distribution. The measurement of temperature and salinity used Conductivity, Salinity, Temperature tool by YSI. The result show that commonly the temperature and salinity vertical profile are almost similar from surface layer until the bottom layer. But they have trend where the salinity increase, while the temperature decrease to the water depth. There is no thermocline layer due to the shallow water area, it is so from the upper layer until the bottom layer still influenced by dragforce and the vertical mixing between fresh water and sea water occurs. The horizontal temperature distribution in the open sea surface tend to zonation, which is not depend to longitudinal position. The salinity value in each depth are not change obviously indicate that there is a vertical well mixed between fresh water and sea water.

Abstract: Increasing attention has been focused on capturing solution gas vented or flared from oil wells to reduce the emission of the greenhouse gases and effectively utilize the natural energy. With the aim of recovering the gas for its economic value, this paper presents a hermetic horizontal oil- injected scroll compressor to meet the unique demands of this application which the traditional compression technology has not been able to meet. A hermetic horizontal oil-injected scroll compressor was developed, in which the special internal oil system was designed. An experimental system was designed and set up to investigate the performance of the scroll compressor. With the experimental results, the effect of the discharge pressure and oil injection flow rate on performance of the compressor was analyzed and applied to provide the basis for developing reliable and flexible hermetic horizontal oil injected scroll compressor in taking use of the oil wells casing gas.

Abstract: Based on reinforced earth retaining wall of green gabion which is built at the site of seventh project Shaoxing-Zhuji Expressway, the research for soil pressure in a cross section which locate at the site of K38+398kmare made by field test and numerical analysis. The horizontal and vertical earth pressure are studied in the construction, The pressures between field test and numerical analysis which depend on FLAC3D are rough similar. With increased of height in filling soil, the earth pressures on the wall toe in 3 direction such as horizon , vertical, 45°are increased ,and then gradually come to stability after construction. With increased of height in filling soil, the vertical earth pressures is increased, but the distribution for earth pressure at the same height is non-uniform. The horizontal earth pressure on the back of wall surface increases fast at first then decreases a little, which is a single peak-shaped, it distributes along the wall height in non-linear form, the maximum occurs at 1/3H. The result between field test and numerical model are different, because the flexible wall surface has a great affection on unload.

Abstract: 2351 working face of Daizhuang coal mine is paste filling working face, its mining method is full mining and full backfilling. It is expected that its surface deformation is very small and traditional surface deformation monitoring method is difficult to meet high-precision demand. In order to meet the high precision of measurement area in Daizhuang coal mine, the combination of GPS.RTK and electronic level were studied to measure filled working face, which has achieved good results.

Abstract: This paper describes and introduces the design method and driving principle of the horizontal Combining CNC machine Tool of Turning and Grinding in which the turning tool holder and wheel frame are arranged on both sides. In the meantime, it verifies the reliability of this scenario by digital module and dynamic simulation, which creates a solid base for the manufacture of CNC in the future.

Abstract: Directed at the working conditions of waste discharging hall in a waste incineration power plant, put forward the design scheme of the horizontal scrubbing tower, used Eckert's current correlative graph and the Bain-Hogan correlation, determined the wind needed for treatment and size parameters of washing tower, worked out at the flooding point gas velocity and the wind resistance. Based on CREO, modeled a washing tower model, and established the analysis model of scrubbing tower bodies by using ANSYS. The calculation results indicate that the maximum deformation and stress are 1.9623mm and 87.7.7MPa, and all the main parameters meet the design requirements.

Abstract: Horizontal continuous casting process has been successfully implemented in Alcan for the production of T-ingots of primary aluminium and foundry alloys. Ability to achieve increased productivity targets and reduce production costs relies on a fundamental understanding of key process characteristics and operating parameters. Thanks to the long-standing experience in vertical DC Casting, numerical modelling appeared as a powerful approach to understand phenomena related to metal flow, solidification and ultimately defect formation. As part of a collaborative R&D program, a global model of horizontal casting process, integrating specialized sub-models on critical aspects of the process such as meniscus dynamics, is being developed. Experimental characterization of primary and secondary cooling is performed in parallel with modelling work to provide the information necessary to properly characterize mould heat transfer. This paper will present the development of a 3D process model of T-ingot casting along with its application to solve specific process challenges that have emerged during the first years of production in the plant.

Abstract: This design adopts the method of horizontal arrangement to set the aerator pipes because it’s more effective than an upright way. The pipes are divided into two vertical levels. Firstly there should be an excavation of foundation pit or grooves to put the pipes in two levels. Then the pipes in two levels can be set at vertical directions. After burying the pipe the earth should be backfilled into the grooves. When backfilling the lower level groove, we put some certain microorganism to help cleaning the organic pollution. While working, the pipes above are mainly used to manufacturing gas phase concentration difference, letting the organic volatilize and goes into the atmosphere. The pipes in lower level are mainly used to provide oxygen to microorganisms in the soil, so that they can decompose organic and make them into inorganic which is no harm to the soil and ground water.
