Abstract: The situation of road traffic in China was analyzed, and the results showed that the numbers of RTD decreased year by year, but the absolute numbers are still large. The main influence factors including human factor, vehicle factor, road factor and environmental factor were analyzed, and the results showed that human factor is the most important factor. Some measures on safety management of road traffic were given with references to the advanced management experiences of developed countries.

Abstract: Influence factors of sidewall stability contain mechanical factors and chemical factors. Among them, the chemical factor is the internal cause of the sidewall instability. Based on the collection of the influence factors of physical and chemical properties of the shale, we decided the main factors that influence the stability through the simple correlation analysis and applied a kind of quantum neural network based on the multilayer excitation function. We established the quantum neural network forecast model of shale physical and chemical properties that can effectively improve the network convergence speed and the accuracy of prediction. The quantum neural network prediction model analysis show that human factors interference of this method is small, and the system parameters needed less, wide application, the result is reliable, can effectively reflect the shale physical and chemical properties and fabric characteristics, to provide a reliable basis for preventing sidewall instability.

Abstract: Chemical dispersant has been widely used in oil spill response around the world as an effective method. The study reviews the mechanism of chemical dispersion, the factors influenced dispersant effectiveness, the test methods of dispersant effectiveness, and applications in oil spills around the world. Then some questions on the research for chemical dispersants used during oil spills in China were discussed.

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of phosphate repairing materials, the influences of retarder, specific surface area of magnesium oxide and content of fly ash on the dry-shrinkage performance of phosphate cement were studied in this paper. The results showed that greater content of retarder would result in greater dry-shrinkage value within a certain range, greater specific area of magnesium oxide would result in greater dry-shrinkage value while the increase of content of fly ash would cause the dry-shrinkage value to be decreased correspondingly within a certain range.

Abstract: Based on statistics of Inner Mongolia of China, this paper studied the regional differences and influence factors of inbound tourism economy by analyzing the range, standard deviation, coefficient of variation and RHL. The results showed that the regional differences of inbound tourism economy were large. From the viewpoint of differences in regional development, the highest level was eastern Inner Mongolia and the lowest one was western. While from the viewpoint of urban differences, Hulunbeier and Xilingol’s development was highest, Wuhai and Hinggan’s development was lowest. The absolute discrepancy increased and the relative discrepancy reduced gradually. The main influence factors of regional difference included scenic area number, traffic conditions, geographical location and tourist market surrounding. However, the change of difference in inbound tourism economy was rarely influenced by the development level of regional economy, but only closely related to the local development of agricultural economy.

Abstract: The limitations of empiric design methods for amplifier biasing stability were pointed out. Critical bias and output range of voltage divider biasing amplifier were discussed. The relationship between bias temperature coefficient and β temperature coefficient was discussed as well. The ratio of bias temperature coefficient to β temperature coefficient is defined as effecting factor. Amplifier bias stability is designed based on output range temperature coefficient. The methods for designing base biasing resistance of voltage divider biasing amplifier on the basis of output range temperature coefficient and for analyzing biasing stability of this amplifier are introduced.

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education in China, the scale of every university unceasingly expands and many universities are building new campus or are intend to construct new campus. The construction of new campus needs large-scale capital, although various universities try every means to raise the funds, the main source of construction capital is bank loans. In this paper, we, at first, put forward the background and significance studying the factors affecting the loan scale of the construction of new university campus, then, we screened the factors affecting the loan scale of university and made use of the data of these factors for statistical analysis. Finally, we summarized the results of statistical analysis.

Abstract: Based on the field survey data,statisticsing and analysising the influence factors of industry flows of science and technology human resources in Shaanxi Province by using multiple linear regression model and Logistic regression model.The results show that: enterprise promotion chance, industry development ability, family factors and change lifestyle these four factors promote or weaken the effect on the flow of talent directly;Age,working ability,professional degree are the constitute factors influencing science and technology talent flow;However, the influence of gender, education, welfare and residential moves is not significant for industry flow of science and technology human resources.

Abstract: This paper collect 5yearss data to study the energy efficiency in Xian, use least squares to analyze the factors how to influence the energy efficiency. The result shows that: the cluster has the biggest influence on the energy efficiency. Technological advance and construction industrial scale can influence the energy efficiency to a certain degree. The energy price influence the energy efficiency to a small degree. To guarantee the Twelfth Five-Year Plans goal, we should encourage development on the energy conservation technology at first; Then , build a reasonable system of energy prices; At last ,enhance the construction industrial scale and concentration.

Abstract: Based on the panel data of related variables of 30 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China from 2005 to 2011, this paper uses partially linear single index panel model (PLSIPM) to study the influence factors of regional carbon emissions, and their linear and nonlinear influence strengths. The research results are summarized as follows: (1) Current energy and industry structures in China have positive linear influences to carbon emissions, this means they exacerbate carbon emissions and should be adjusted; (2) Trade openness and urbanization ratio have negative nonlinear influences to carbon emissions, they current play roles of nonlinear inhibition to carbon emissions; (3) GDP has positive nonlinear influences to carbon emissions, current growth of GDP is not helpful to reduce carbon emissions in China.
