Abstract: The intelligent network manufacturing system comes into a new development process with the first Citi intelligent branch build successfully. The cloud computing as a new technology in IT field will be a solid foundation in building of intelligent bank. In this paper, we propose an intelligent network manufacturing system based on cloud computing. The most important is the proposed model can be the possibility in building intelligent branch in the small and medium-sized cities.

Abstract: The lack of semantic and effective negotiation mechanisms, suppliers and consumers in network manufacturing services are difficult to establish satisfactory service relationships. To solve this problem, an agent-based auto-negotiation mechanism with semantic Web Services was proposed. An agent negotiation model based on the manufacturing services ontology was established. With this model, the major procedures for agent-based auto-negotiation were described, which include how to match the services suppliers and consumers, how to process semantic similarity calculation, and how to auto-negotiation, etc.

Abstract: This Paper Presents Development of an Available-to-Promise (ATP) System for Network-Manufacturing in a Global Environment where Multi-Plants Are Manufacturing Products Collaboratively and Are Globally Networked. within the Multi-Plant Mode, the ATP Process Is Challenged to Give Not only Quick Response but Also Precise Order Promising by Considering the Coordination of Production Planning and Scheduling among Plants. in this Paper, an Order Decision and Production Planning Integrated ATP Model Was Developed and a Series of Performance Analysis Experiment Was Conducted to Reveal the Impact of some Key Factors such as Planning Horizon, Batch Interval Etc. on Overall Profit.

Abstract: Networked manufacturing technology has provided an effective approach to integrating manufacturing resources over Internet. However, a vast number of resources involving networks, computing, and storage resulted in ever increasing energy consumption. This paper proposed an IT energy-saving approach based on Cloud Computing for networked green manufacturing. The paper first presented the architecture of networked green manufacturing on Cloud Computing to support service-oriented IT resources outsourcing. Then the paper discussed the dynamically-scalable resource utilization mechanism for networked manufacturing. The approach can provide effective support for manufacturing resource virtualization and deliver a variety of services to distributed manufacturing enterprises. Moreover, IT resources of network, computing, and storage can be shared concurrently and scheduled dynamically that are adaptive to practical resource demand of collaborative manufacturing tasks. Thus, a great amount of IT resources can achieve high efficient utilization in networked manufacturing and result in reduced energy consumption to benefit green manufacturing.

Abstract: According to requirement of cooperative manufacturing partner selection based on networked manufacturing environment, the paper resolves cooperative manufacturing partner selection problem by ant colony algorithm and grey relation theory: Firstly, manufacturing task is divided into series of working procedure in time order by technologic planning. Secondly, considerable candidate enterprises are selected in terms of multi-hierarchy grey relation coefficient at each working procedure node to reduce the size of problem. Lastly, cooperative enterprise selecting path is decided by making use of ant colony algorithm in light of transportation cost.

Abstract: Supplier selection, which is the first step of the network manufacturing, is evaluated as a critical factor for the manufacturing enterprise desiring to be successful in nowadays competition conditions. In network manufacturing, we first construct manufacturing process, and then select suitable suppliers. No matter suppliers provide components or services, we can unified consider they are all some types of manufacturing services. It’s very familiar with service composition, so we introduce marketing policy based service composition model to resolve supplier selection problem in network manufacturing. With the scope of this paper, we categorize manufacturing supplier selection constraints into three groups based on QoS, and propose a simple business constraint service composition model of marketing policy for supplier selection, which means that purchasers can get better manufacturing services from this model by choosing most suitable suppliers.

Abstract: Establishing effective network manufacturing alliance is the top priority of carrying out network manufacturing. Under circumstance of realizing resource sharing in network manufacturing, a method of network manufacturing alliance establishing based on service resource matching is put forward. Based on model of resource description framework, manufacturing service resource description model and matching strategy are established. According to describing feature of resource properties, matching of manufacturing resource and service resource is further transferred into corresponding qualitative and quantitative matching, similarity measuring methods of qualitative and quantitative properties in the matching process are presented respectively so as to accurately evaluate matching degree between manufacturing resource and service request. Availability of the model and its matching algorithm is verified by means of practical instances.

Abstract: Aiming to small and medium-size enterprise’s technical force weak and lack of research and development ability. We urgently need a new cooperation pattern to make up for the shortage. The paper put forward a kind of network collaborative development system. Based on the system requirements analysis, the paper researched system’s functional structure and operation mode. Finally, According to the system’s development instance, the paper proved its viability and practicability.

Abstract: EXPRESS-to-XML mapping is an indispensable foundation in manufacturing network data transmission and share. Put forward and construct a networked manufacturing system with synergy based on the whole life manufacture cycle of the products and the manufacturing information share. Stress is on the mapping mechanism from the standard description language of STEP_NC——EXPRESS to XML,presenting the separate-mapping method with which according to the function and feature of the information to be transmitted and shared, the physical file of STEP_NC is divided into general information structure elements, feature information structure, and operating information structure, realizing the optimally comprehensive mapping with the early binding and the late binding. Build up STEP_XML conversion system. Example is given for component with a hole in running the separate mapping method on the STEP - NC Machine simulation platform. It has been shown that the conversion system and the separate-mapping method are practical and efficient.

Abstract: This article discusses the construction of network manufacturing system based on open CNC, through combining the own characteristics of C/S and B/S architecture with CNC manufacturing units, communication is achieved by underlying network link through port design. This communication mode can guarantee real time and vast amount of data transmission, and ensure the wideness of the entire network manufacturing system, which is a strong trend of network manufacturing.
