Abstract: This document explains and demonstrates how to predict the fault point of rolling bear. Rolling bearing vibration signals are decomposed by the LMD method to get several single components including amplitude modulation and frequency modulation signals. Combing the order analysis method can get the fault point of rolling bear.

Abstract: To estimate remaining useful life (RUL) of Li-ion batteries is a key factor for correct and safe battery management, particularly for the development of Battery Management System (BMS). A lumped parameter model which integrates the non-linear open-circuit voltage, current, temperature, cycle number, and remaining capacity and other dynamic characteristics is created based on the battery electrical characteristics is presented. A particle filter (PF) algorithm which syncretizes Li-ion battery electrochemical working process is proposed according to the sequence importance of re-sampling to predict its discharge end time in single cycle time and cycle life. Besides, for comparison, a extended Kalman filter (EKF) algorithm is also proposed to estimate the RUL based on the same statistics. Simulation results show that the PF algorithm according to lumped parameter model has a better precision in estimating RUL compared with the EKF algorithm.

Abstract: The influence of the texture development in Ti-added (0.03, 0.05 and 0.07wt%) IF (Interstitial Free) steels on physical properties, especially ř -value was investigated. It was intended to determine the proper Ti content for the promotion of deep drawability as well as mechanical properties of IF steels. The precipitation behavior in the IF steels was clarified with the aid of computer simulation. The quantitative X-ray analysis on the texture development of IF steels was performed using pole figure and orientation distribution function measurement. For the IF steel with the composition of 0.025C, 0.070Mn, 0.002N and 0.007S, the optimum Ti content was found to be 0.05wt%.

Abstract: Passive power filter (PF) has problems that source impedance may strongly affect the filtering characteristics and cause system resonance in power system applications. Hybrid active power filter (HAPF) can improve the performance of passive filter and realize harmonics restraint and reactive power compensation in big power situation. In this paper, the principle of HAPF is analyzed, the model of HAPF is established, and the simulation results are discussed.

Abstract: Extensive application of rigid polyurethane foam leads to a huge amount of waste after reaching their useful life. Recycling of this waste can protect the environment effectively. In this paper, mechanical recycling was employed in the preparation of the recycled insulation board. The relationship was represented between the amount of water-soluble PF and aqueous polyethylene wax used and thermal conductivity, along with the compression performance of the material. A result of better property was observed when the ratio of rubber of 15% water-soluble PF and 3% aqueous polyethylene wax was employed.

Abstract: Energy-saving and emission-reducing must be achieved based on the reliable performance of fire safety. External thermal insulation material is the main component of external thermal insulation system, and also the main combustion participants when a fire occurs; the combustion performance is an important factor affecting the fire scale of external thermal insulation system. The main material and heat release principle was introduced in this paper, tests were carried out, and fire hazard was analyzed based on large amount of test data. The research will provide theoretical support for external insulation material choice, system construction, fire prevention and rescue.

Abstract: The problem of tracking curves in dense visual clutter is challenging. Kalman filtering is inadequate because it is based on Gaussian densities which, being unimodal, cannot represent simultaneous alternative hypotheses. The PF(Particle Filtering) algorithm uses “sequential importance sampling”, previously applied to the posterior of static signals, in which the probability distribution of possible interpretations is represented by a randomly generated set. PF uses learned “sequential Monte Carlo” models, together with practical observations, to propagate and update the random set over time. The result is highly robust tracking of agile motion. Not withstanding the use of stochastic methods, the algorithm runs in near Real-Time.

Abstract: To monitor aircraft flight status, predict the position of aircraft is needed. By the research of the kalman filter, particle filter, and the best curve fitting method, use the last before time or several before moments‘s flight state data to predict the state of the aircraft, even forward time’s state, the dynamically weighted average of the multi-times data can get to the aircraft status data and subsequent flight status data, so the aircraft fly normally and smoothly with the predicted status data, that can get a good visual effect. The algorithm experiment is through the extraction data from the real aircraft data, the average relative error is 0.03%.
