Abstract: The conventional manufacture method is cold machining for thin board type parts, which has characteristic of process trival, energy consumption, long production period and the processing process easy to produce the deformation. To overcome these shortcomings, it usually was manufactured by stamping technology. So the cutting mould was designed on the analysis of the forming process for the type of parts, and adopted the unloading tendered a leaned way. Practice has proved that cutting the workpiece precision and quality is higher, cutting efficiency is high, the product quality completely meet the application requirements.

Abstract: Established the 3D model of the automatic feeding punch mechanism in SolidWorks and imported it into ADAMS to make dynamic simulation. Kinetic curves of the actuating mechanism were measured. These curves show the cooperation between the pressing mechanism and the feeding mechanism is well. The transmission angle and working length were measured. Calculated the coefficient of travel speed variation is 1.77 and the required power is 1.7KW. Finally, choose the type Y100L1-4(2.2KW) motor in the given resistance. The results show the mechanism can fulfill the anticipative design requirements and successfully verify the feasibility of the design project.

Abstract: Drawbead are often used to control the flow of material, stress and deep drawing force in the flange area. This paper discussed the drawbead (fully, not fully and without drawbead) that combined with variations in the blank holder force against restriction of material flow and drawbead restriction force of deep drawing with palm oil lubrication. In this paper, analytical and experiments are used to predict the drawbead restraining and deep drawing force. The tin steel sheet with a thickness of 0.2 mm is used as speciment. The results obtained, that the application fully drawbead be very effective in controlling the flow of materials in the flange, as compared to not fully and without drawbead. In the beginning of the process (punch stroke < 4 mm), the magnitude of restraining force and deep drawing force can be increased. And, the magnitude of Radial Stress increases, conversely the magnitude of tangential stress decreased. This can prevent the occurrence optimum blank holder force is recommended in range 4394-8788 N. Comparisons of results between the analysis and experiments show the phenomenon is similar.

Abstract: Blank punch was applied for manufacturing of hollow billets by press piercing. Analysis of piercing by different punches was carried out. Data showing fluctuating of load during piercing and changing of billet’s shape was received.

Abstract: In order to achieve a more intensive understanding of the plate welding mechanism of the punch repairing process, a numerical simulation has been carried out by using the finite element method. According to the special requirement of the punch, which had been the wear failure, the surface welding surfacing have been taken into account in the finite element model. The results of the finite element simulation are in proper agreement with the experimental findings. The distributions of the Von Mises Stress of the workpiece have been computed for discussion. It has been realized that good results could be got by finite element computation.

Abstract: The use of turbochargers improves engine power, reduces the rate of fuel consumption. The vane lever is an important part of a turbocharger that regulates the volume of hot exhaust gas. Until now it has been produced by a 4 cavity fine blanking tool, but it requires the use of an 8 cavity fine blanking tool for better productivity. In this paper, we conducted structural simulation of an 8 cavity fine blanking tool and predicted the deformation of fine blanking tool elements. The maximum vertical deformation of the die was 0.01222mm and the maximum horizontal deformation of the die was 0.00096mm. This deformation led to a clearance change in the 8 cavity fine blanking tool. According to the simulation results, the calculated clearance was increased to a maximum of 45.9%, decreased to a minimum of 49.0%. Through the fine blanking experiment with the manufactured 8 cavity fine blanking tool, we demonstrated that 8 vane levers could be simultaneously produced by the 8 cavity fine blanking tool.

Abstract: For getting the higher quality,the paper analyses the punching order according to the part shape,then determines the die styles.The dies include blanking and bending steps,the bending dies are choosed carefully,from the part to its’extension size,then to cavity size and punch size,thus the general assembly drawing is tested whether it is right.
