Abstract: This paper attempts to explore design methods of residential areas that reflect regional construction from the planning, architectural design, and landscape and through extraction and analysis of influential elements of regional areas. The study aims at providing certain theoretical guidance for construction of regional areas and giving inspiration to creation of regional residential areas based on better inheritance of historical context and natural environment in the region to achieve people’s desires of a more comfortable, safer, and more sustainable living environment.

Abstract: The regional settlement has close relationship with the environment of specific terrain, and formed integrated and vivid human settlement landscape system through human’s social living and practice. Taking the analysis view of studying space structure of landscape form, this paper is trying to find out a new study clue for traditional settlement configuration in specific region – the element of landscape space structure - the meta structure as the object, and aim to provide a practical theory and method for regional traditional settlement study.

Abstract: Regulating the modes of production and living of urban residents in China is an important measure to cope with environmental changes, and the primary premise is to greatly improve the environmental awareness of urban residents. At present, research on resident’s environmental awareness has been carried out in many cities in China. Nevertheless, little comparative research has been carried out among cities, and there is lack of research on mutual relation and cooperation inside natural regions and the intrinsic relation in adaptability to environment. Therefore, taken the papers collected in CNKI as the data source, the paper has selected the cities in the eastern, central and western region as the objects to in-depth analysis of the present situations and the intrinsic relations between the level of environmental awareness and the adaptability to environment of the urban residents in 3 regions so as to provide reference for the government to formulate relevant management policies. As shown in the research results, the residents in the eastern cities of China have the highest overall level of environmental awareness, followed by the western cities, while that of the central cities is the lowest. In addition, the overall levels in the 3 regions differ greatly from each other. There is certain correlation between the 3 aspects of environmental awareness and 6 factors of adaptability to environmental changes. For example, Lanzhou and Inner Mongolia have the relatively lower environmental awareness with a larger population, which causes the low overall level of their environmental awareness. The educational level and energy-saving and emission-reduction level of Inner Mongolia, Jiaozuo and Suqian are relatively lower with relatively better environmental conditions, leading to relatively lower level of environmental knowledge. Urumchi and Inner Mongolia have a relatively larger population and lower economic level, which cause lower environmental awareness. The public awareness and environmental situations of Jiaozuo and Suqian are relatively better, and therefore the environmental protection there is more desirable. The fact that Shanghai has the highest education is the main reason for the highest comprehensive capacity.

Abstract: The global integration process accelerated the traditional architectural style of the same tendency in China. New building materials, such as concrete, steel and glass are used, the regional architecture that suitable environment and climate characteristics were rebuilt or demolished. The energy saving mechanism and the indoor thermal and humidity environment has undergone tremendous changes, thus to some extent affected the people's way of life and life experience. Regional architecture in Henan is also faced with the same problem. Regional architecture energy saving based on the profound understanding of regional environmental and climate condition, how to make full use of local technical conditions and natural factors and taking energy-saving measures, make its accord with the local history, social and cultural characteristics, the low carbon environmental protection “Regional energy-saving mechanisms” is the right way .

Abstract: Through the research, we make an exploration to public street furniture design in cold cities , focus on analyzing the impact that climate to cold cities of public street furniture. Then make an analysis of the situation about cold cities public street furniture design and many other issues systematically, aimed at the constituent elements of the urban environmental facilities, thus give some advice which is helpful to improve public street furniture design in cold cities, response to the unfavorable factors of the cold climate, in order to seek a scientific design method to create a comfortable and pleasant public street furniture in cold cities.

Abstract: In this article, through the analysis on the dilemma, the development and the outstanding cases regarding the regional cultural creation in the modern Chinese architecture, we shall make a conclusion on the ideas about the regional architectural creation characterized by a typical architect. And then through the proper interpretation, we shall provide theoretical support for the further development of the regional architectural creation with Chinese characteristics to explore the methods of architectural creation with Chinese characteristics.

Abstract: The rapid development of national economy has brought serious environmental pollution problems. The issue of emission reduction has become one of the most important missions in China. As one of the largest sources of energy consumption and pollution emission, the power generation industry plays an important role in the problem of emission reduction. According to Chinese actual conditions, this study takes into account the inter-regional difference between the tasks of environmental emission reduction and the corresponding costs due to various factors, and proposes an inter-regional power-generation economic exchange analysis model under environmental constraints. The model integrates the environmental constraints, as well as the transmission costs and transmission lines constraints, and provides the results of optimal exchange combinations. The analysis of an example indicates that the inter-regional economic power exchange can maximize inter-regional advantages and minimize the costs of economic dispatch, which requires a sound transmission system and transmission pricing system.
