Abstract: Single crystal Ni-base superalloys based on the  /  system are widely used in gas turbine applications. To understand the formation of  precipitates, including size distribution and growth, we performed in situ small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) measurements at elevated temperatures and - together with TEM as well as , SEM imaging - studied changes in the precipitates in short and long time scale. In the early stages, a bimodal precipitate size distribution of precipitate is observed, which (depending on the annealing temperature) changes to a cuboidal or nearly spherical morphology with almostmore or less uniform ( unimodal?) size distribution. [Note: The term "more or less" is several times repeated in the text. I cannot imagine what it in fact means. Could you change it or explain in a more clear way?]

Abstract: Small Angle Neutron Scattering (SANS) technique allows to characterize at a nanoscale the microstructure of the ferritic martensitic steels and ODS FeCr alloys which are candidates for the internal structures of future nuclear reactors. Firstly, the microstructure evolution induced by neutron irradiation at high dose in conventional and Reduced Activation Fe9%Cr martensitic steels is presented. Then, a SANS study of Oxide Dispersion Strengthened (ODS) alloys is also presented. The main objective is to control the nano-size oxide particles at the various stages of the fabrication process.

Abstract: With the rapid growth of colleges and universities teaching affairs and resources, the amounts of data also grow rapidly. The data also requires stricter than ever on the data security and efficiency. So it has become the top priority of the School information-building department to keep the valuable data safe, reliable and integrity. This article describes the design of the campus storage and backup solutions based on the SAN, to meet the common needs of multiple applications in the files, databases, office business, to achieve the unified allocation and management of the resource sharing.

Abstract: Magnetic nanocomposite of Sm/Co/C-system is prepared and characterized. It reveals chemical and thermal stability. SQUID magnetometry is applied to study hysteresis behaviour of the material. Modified Langevin formalism is used to distinguish between ferromagnetic and paramagnetic contribution to magnetization. It is shown that 80 % of low temperature remanence is stable at 350 K and coercive field at this temperature is 140 Oe.

Abstract: We use a combination of microscopy, x-ray scattering and neutron scattering to show how structure develops in micro and nano-size polymer fibres prepared by electrospinning. The technique has been applied to a range of different polymers, an amorphous system (polystyrene), a crystallisable polymer (poly-ε-caprolactone), a composite systems (polyethylene oxide or poly vinyl alcohol containing polypyrrole) and consider the possibility of self assembly (gelatin).

Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of the group OA platform’s features, we propose and design the group OA platform architecture with Domino/Notes and SAN. We apply optical storage, cluster, disaster-tolerant backup and distributed deployment in the platform design and introduce technical implementation briefly. Transmission management, user (authority) management and performance optimization on OA platform with Domino/Notes 7 are also included. At last, the rationality of the platform design and the validity of management methodology are proved through case study in computer engineering.

Abstract: The aim of this research paper is to study the effect of particle size of recycled material on the micro harness. Valuation of recycled material effect takes place in several mixtures of materials. These mixtures differ in particle size, which are made during grinding of plastic waste, from large particles similar to the original material to dust particles. The recycled material is always the same as is the original material. Tested material is styrene acrylonitrile SAN. Testing is performed at ambient temperature of 23°C. After the first recycling there is a change of hardness; which decrease mostly in mixture with the smallest particles.
